This is not a very good phone.
The battery life is horrible!
The sim slots die and the phone consistently looses network.
There is something wrong with the hardware of this device, the phone keeps freezing whether or not you have enough memory.
The back camera is horibble in poor lighting or when zooming in.
NFC has never worked! (I wonder why it is there).
The casing is not strong at all either

This dirty mobile from the dirty htc (The dirty swines) costs around 15000 and not supporting VOLTE. Redmi is the best one Please buy mi max instead of this cheating mobiles from htc (the company of beggers). They said this mobile will receive marshmallow update on 2016,, Rascals this is 2018///

Phone is good.but surrounding all plastic very fast crack.
Want to buy please buy htc m9 plus
4k video
SIM tray must be metal.
If plastic cover don't buy.

I love this phone a lot it's a very nice phone the battery life is OK and the screen also very good in watching movies and playing games the only problem is the camera not too good most especially the back camera I don't think it's up to 20mp

please, i bought one HTC One E9+ for jumia, i tried inserting my sim card and there is no service bars in the phone. it recognized the sim, but no service bars. it always shows emergency call. what is the problem of the phone, and how could it be rectified? writing from Nigeria.

Sir for looking HTC mobile phone is very stylish but mobile have full of hanging problem nd battery is very worst condition per day 3times charging

Have been using it for more than a year. After 12 months, heat from back side, battery shows full then uncharged. HTC support changed motherboard. 3 months after, same symptoms.

This thing suddenly can't be switched on of the blue, just when I moved abroad for 2 years. Try to bring it to a workshop and they gave up. I have it since Feb16 and I feel like wasting a lot of money for this phone. Poor battery life and an even poorer camera. The screen is gorgeous though, but that's it.
