I am facing a problem, showing a message "Unfortunately youtube has stopped". I can't do anything without pressing OK. And, this test is coming continuously. Is it a virus problem? How can I get rid of this?

I'm facing the battery problem in this phone for a year and half and others have this phone too are annoying from its battery too i finally tried to solve this problem by using power bank but i have no real solution for the problem of wifi and bluetooth sometimes stopped working but when i hit the mobile 2 times on its back with my hand it begins to start working again

I bought second hand. Very cheap. I found that 4 hours battery charging, so I changed usb cable to OPPO (mark Vooc). It work and full in 3 hours. Still using 5v. 1a.

I have been using this fone from the past six months, and sorry to say the touch screen has started showing different kind of problems:
1. the middle region will not show any effect as in if you press 123, the screen will show 456, something/anything falling in the middle of the screen will not get pressed.
2. Without even touching the fone the alphabets get pressed on their own, even after restarting the fone the issue remains the same
3. when the fone is locked the digits get pressed on their own, making it continuously vibrate and ultimately hang the fone.
4. The battery backup is poor, and gets heat up easily.
there are some good points too, but when uve trouble using the fone, then the plus points donot matter.

Worst mobile ever:
1- very bad hardware with cheap gpu that does not work ok on games
2- very short battery life time
3- always hot from the gpu and battery draining.

Im using since one & Half year when this model launch. still i using no any issue great Phone,
Take time to Charge & Battery Life problem other vise ok.
i have problem is why cannot Up great Massmalo or New version
