Same here with battery problem. I had a problem with camera lense and still waiting for the software update

The main issue battery back up is very bad even if you use fast charger it's won't work

Lightweight due to plastic chasis. Only gripe is very bad audio (unlistenable), distortion when plugged into some sources, car stereo common. Very bad static and distortion. Impedence problem suspected, unfixable.
You get what you pay for, and they cut a few corners on this phone to get the price down (as above) Partners overheats and has lost radio communications.
Recommend avoid the E9+

Vk, 04 Jan 2017Should I buy e9+?Stay away from this product!! I purchase one in early February 2016. This phone is a piece of J U N K!!! I got it repaired under warranty due to screen-hyper sensitivity called double touch. @ moths later WiFi and Bluetooth connectivity stopped working...so I got a new phone under warranty. Now , the phone - (HTC One E9+) stopped working...black screen, no signs of life,I tried all methods of soft and hard reset for the last month with no results. Presently I work and live in a different country in N. America and this particular phone model is not sold and has no support in N. America. It seems that I lost my hard earned money. This phone is a piece of CRAP!!! don't waste your money. Buy any Samsung or put up some more money and buy an Iphone which will get serviced everywhere in the world...without excuses

HELP...whenever I turn on internet on my E9+ I usually experience network disruption...moreover my phone has never displayed '3g' just 'E' & 'G'.

Its been a horrible experience in case of HTC updates. I don't know when they are going to provide Marshmallow update for HTC One E9+.

Nice phone with good configuration...though it's battery doesn't really complement it :( and it's like a mini tab...when is it gonna get 6.0 or better still Nougat?

e9+ is the worst phone htc ever produced. rear camera sucks. charge drains too fast, very cheap plastic body. I don't recommend it.

dont buy this mobile.... battery backup is too bad...and still not update to android 6
