I also completely agree with Swetha, Same thing happend with me also that too 2 times
HTC service center asked me to give 8K for one time display chnage
With in 1 moth it again got broken, I am completely disappointed with this product

I was using HTC since 5 years, recently i switched to One e9s from desire model, i am very much disappointed.The screen is broken 3 times within 6 months of purchase. Camera quality also not so good, totally waste of money, i spent around 32000 (21000+6000+6000) on this phone and again the screen got broken. Not sure why HTC spoiling their brand name by releasing this type of phones.

I too faced d same problem with display. It broke 2nd time. Even after giving for repair it came after 4 months. This is d first and last time I bought HTC. Will never suggest to anybody.

i would also like to say not a good phone. even after spending 23-24 thousand rupees not worth it. Plus worst customer/after sale services of HTC. they are just interested in selling products. My USB was damaged twice in 9 months period and getting it replaced was long procedure since HTC doesnt provide you any assistance . You have to send your phone to service center since thers no service center available at your location. Phone is getting heated up no resolution provided for that issue

worst customer service center at Faridabad. The charger cable was not working, they told me that the USB port on phone is damaged. I showed them it works with a different USB cable they do not agree to it.Dumb

Its the worst phone ever i have bought, the lcd broke twice, always internal damage, the phone fell from the bed and lcd broke. The camera also damaged. Says'cant connect to camera'. Very upset from htc. No one buy this phone

Don't by this phone LCD broken after pitches one week it's broken internel but warranty not climed LCD cost 9k and rich also not work properly pls don't waste your money

I brought it 8 months before,the only pblm is- charging,takes hrs for full charging,nd draining too fast.ND it got hanged 3times since 8months

This phone having 2 gb ram but its hangs on many times and screen touch not properly working from i am purchasing it abd in service centre he said working properly.

Guys please dont buy this phone...complete waste of money....useless display...broke twice nd was not working so i had to change the diaplay...this tym it broke again but somehow its working...battry is also useless...everyday m getting a new problem...worst phone htc ever made...o/10 rating from ma side

Awesome phone.LCD is much more sensitive than other phones.but sorry to inform you that I found cracked LCD after purchasing 6 months.cost around 8 K.

Its just a awesome device and enjoying it for last 5 months great feature, camera quality and the picture resolutions and the clarity. The screen is very sensitive indeed, however, I had the screen protector and dropped it a couple of time without a damage a so you should be careful for that
