No option for screen to turn on when message arive... Just a sound notification.

chris, 22 May 2016What about infrared after update?For me ir doesn't work after the update. I tend to think it hasn't got any ir hardware at all. I have tried the same app (peel smart remote) that the one m9 has and also asmart ir remote and smart ir remote. Two of them complained about non-existing ir hardware.

Hey guys, I updated my M8s to Android 6.0 and it is running very fast (before update 32000 points in Antutu Benchmark, afterwards 42000 points). For all the M8s owners a tip: download the Sense Home 8.0 app on your M8s, it is the same as on the HTC 10, you can go freestyling on your homescreen! It is just not available in the Google Play Store, but you can download the apk on apkmirror.com, they got secure apks. Comment if you liked the tip!

I've got android 6.0.2 M in Serbia (MTS) ota update. 1.2 gb file. Hard reset after update. Everything works fine for now. I will share my expirience after a while.

I updated my m8s...and update has two parts...1st part is of 420+ mbs which ready software for marshmallow..2nd part is of 1.23gbs which consists of marshmallow nd sense 7

Spiralmind, 19 May 2016Did you do a soft or hard reset?I didn't reset it first...but did a soft reset just to make more space....i used it for a whole day before reset and i didn't face any problems...but after update its quite smooth

Android 6...There is option to keep MicroSD card as internal storage..This feature rocks..but u need to have extremely fast SD card for that...Sense 7 is pretty good...OS is mush faster...
