What kind of resolution were you expecting to discern on a 5" screen? QHD, with current screen technology, is both unnecessary and an absurd waste of battery resource. Well done to HTC for resisting the spec-boys trend in favour of real world practicality. That said, I'll be hanging on to my M7 until I see sample pics that evidence the M9's camera overcoming the lack of optical image stabilisation. Oh, and pleeeease can we have some reviews by journalists who actually know how to evaluate a camera (ie photographers)?

2 things BATTERY AND STORAGE. keeping a 1080p and a bit larger battery on every phones saves the day of you charging the phone every now and then.

Common htc ds s 2k15 not 2k14..It's a big flop model of 2k15...dey have not improved anything.when we compare it to its predecessor design nd screen resolution is sane as m8 and der s no innovation in m9..

I had really wished these guys had made the phone waterproof just like the desire eye killer combo. I'mI am laughing at the stupid fools who wish that the Samsung Galaxy would be in metal no they have no protection whatsoever how stupid do they feel when the battery goes dead the whole phone goes how stupid can people be

The thickness of the bezel and body same like m8. Almost no change. I will keep using m8.

I'm a little disappointed. Will either switch to another brand or keep my M8 for another year. Same design as M8, thicker than M8. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!! Come on HTC, we expected a better piece than this.

Camera comparison with other flagship is worth. Sony xperia z3 camera is better than M9 , looser htc same design as 2014 phone M8. We will see what s6 have tday
