I am using iPhone 6s and M9. M9 stands mark of excellence. Excellent camera and music quality unmatched. For music Jet Audio and Neutron Player and Power amp. Still there is no match for HTC m9.

Anonymous, 22 Jan 2017Turned off location services, weather, uninstalled bulky ap... moreI have Marshmllow 3 months ago , battery far a way better that Android 5 , but in 2 times last week I faced what u are saying about extreme battery drainage , it is solved by turn it off and keep it in charging until full , after that it came back to normal again .
Don't know the reason for this sudden drainage , and hopefully this will be solved by Nougat

For me marshmallow was more better battery drains faster than before and all changes done dont like it 😏

Anonymous, 22 Jan 2017Turned off location services, weather, uninstalled bulky ap... moreBut for my second hand M9 even it is quite used before me saves normally. i never turn off any gps or weather like apps and after full charge i put it away and sleep at night. after 6-7 hours i get up and look at its charge then see 99%. It means ok. Go and change battery

i owned second hand One m9 gold with v6.0 within this january and it is still the beast!! For me is does not matter if it is Marsh or Nougat, the performance in every section is wonderful. One opinion - the camera quality actually is good enough even better. I can not get why some people say the camera is not ok. Actually we have to understand that we use smart phone not a professional camera and if we want perfect pics i offer you buy camera not phone. And by the way i accept samsung and some models camera performances may be a little bit high but this dont mean that M9 stands lower. In a result if anyone has some doubts i say go for it.

The worst customer service I ever dealt with. They simply do not care.
Took 2 weeks to get a replacement for my HTC 10. Phone was purchased directly from HTC website, factory unlocked. It literally died in less than 5 months. Just would not turn on. Tried everything there is to try. Failure was on a board level.
Contacted HTC customer service. They did not care. The attitude was - oh well, you want replacement you will have to wait. You are not the only one. Simpy rude, incompetent people. After a week of communication, reps would just hang up on me once they looked into a file.
And at the end I received DEFECTIVE replacement. How bad is that?

First of all sorry for my english!
Ok, I have a rule not to spend more than 200 euros for the phone, so i found this phone for this price (new in the box), my previous phone was blackberry passport, an amazing machine by the way but it was a lack with software updates. First impressions about the M9 were just good but a few days ago i recived nougat update and i want to say: oh my god! the phone become amazing, no overheating, no battery drain without any reason and yes the camera also is improved (but for the camera, update will come after the android update is installed) so very very good job HTC!

Turned off location services, weather, uninstalled bulky apps, turned off every unnecessary application and set to GSM mode. On full charge after 5 minutes of use phone goes from 100% to 89%. After about 30 minutes of use phone is around 60% BATTERY. Very bad battery!
