I can tell you this section about the battery BATTERY Non-removable Li-Po 2840 mAh those standby times are utter NONSENSE "Stand-by Up to 391 h* (2G) / Up to 402 h* (3G)" If 'h' = hours then this just cant be right your stated facts there would mean it stays alive for over a week - you can NOT be serious ?!? My *phones* battery dies after 6 hours sometimes more if I have a charger on me but no more than 12 h how in hell were these facts obtained (*see my nickname*) Regards I'm sure - JustBought_HtcONeM9

Right now my mobile is in the version of 5.0.2
Under settings->about I don't have option called "software updates". Under "software information" I'm able to see only the version of the Android. Couldn't find the update option anywhere in the mobile.

Stop Bashing HTC! Hopefully, a lot of you guys didn't get paid to do all this none sense. They have issues every now and then but with older phones yet, I still can't do without their products!!! I think I faced worse with Samsung Phones considering, currently I still am on the HTC M7 and am cool 😎 with it (Aside the Purple Camera upgrade issues?) cos it gives me all I need! Space, good Ram size. And super nice CPU processor as I run games on it too smoothly. Am planning on the M9 or an A9 soon so all this talking about HTC in a bashy manner should stop for they are one of the best. All they gotta do is reduce their phones amount (Product) like Sammy has eventually realized and also for them to give more battery 🔋🔋🔋 to all products. Don't see me using other products........................... Except an Xperia tho, they got some real pretty phones! *Smiles*

My personal experience tells me: sell and never buy htc!! And its me who is very modest in her expectations and absolutely not techie user. From the 1st day radio stucks either you have to press times or when it stucks completely you need to restart phone.if it was the only turn-off but..screen sensitivity is below average expectations as well..often you need to keep pressing to end call and at times even that doesnt help. Or another extreme: it flies so speedily that you cant react and start the call to the person not intended to be called((how it gets there stays misterious. Fb app stucks badly as well..i've been using samsung galaxy 4 before.it had its own problem with battery life and stucking but first 2 yrs it was quite ok. my family uses iphone and i never heard such complaints from none of them. All in all htc one m9 was my first and last experience with htc! Ya.. not to forget m9 metallic is very sleeky..you absotely need a preventive case for that if you still wanna buy it.

How to upgrade the Android version in this mobile?

sumon9907, 21 Apr 2016Yes!it's..Hardware performance yes, and the number are clear. M9 has better chipset. Batery life not so sure, because G4 has a bigger screen, not worse battery. As for the camera, there is no comparison, G4 crushes M9 any time of the day. U can hardly find any phone camera that performs better than the G4, though samsung and apple fans will be mad :-)

So u dont have to worry about the phone. For pictures I would suggest G4, amazing. (We are talking about PHONE cameras, not professional cameras - meaning for FB or Twitter, they are great) Hardware performance M9 and z5 are head to head, though i really like the M9 more, personal choice :-) anyway, with today's technology, there are no bad phones, especially if we are talking about flagships. Guys I am confused in choosing the mobile, my need are best internet speed, good quality of front and back camera, and good sound quality, i required your advice choosing one among this, Lg G4, HTC m9, M9 plus and sony xperia z5. and tell me is't m9 plus is better than m9.Please advice..

Beats audio, boomsound effect not compare with other, already many years i use htc m7, m8 eye and m9
