By the way I am using a Samsung s4 which is a great phone but there are other great phones out there also and I would never suggest that one is better than another without trying them all first. So if you don't want to look like fool then keep your comments sensible.

I am a Sony fan, but gotta admit the s6 is the best phone. You are HTC fanboy. Ok, daily performance. You won't notice a difference between HTC m8 and m9. If cameras, performance, display are nothing for you, then why you buying m9. Go for a cheap phone like moto g. Dude, show me ONE REVIEW which says that m9 is better than s6.

I didn't see anything except camera that s6 is better than m9. The rest are just same same. Display>>i cant tell whether it is 2k or FHD without knowing the spec.so..can you? if u can, man... u hv superman's eyes. For me, apart from camera, m9 n s6 are the same as i m not a mobile photographer. :/

Look, DAILY PERFORMANCE, no one is gonna play games that will take cpu performance up to over 60k. daily usages like viber, facebook, twitter, google plus, instagram, web browsing, etc even SD 615 can handle without delaying. Not a fan of heavy games on smartphone and i played them on PC. Only game is play is Clash of clans. It does warm like any other phones, but no heating issue. Camera??? i m not sure if u think g4, s6 photos are the world to u. I m not a fan of phone cameras, only use camera in vacations n i use sony dsc h series. 100times better than g4 n s6 cameras. Selfies?? ultra pixel is much better. Display?? i m not sure abt that but they all look sames to me, no offense on that. So, u see, dont judge on benchmark scores, m9 has better speakers, same performance as g4,s6 in daily usages, better design, clearly who copied iph 6??? plz talk sth that makes sense.

itty, 12 May 2015Worst. Heats very quickly. Dont buy.Don't spread rumor, Its a super phone. Most of aspect, i.e, sound quality, screen, design, Touch sensitivity etc. it is unbeatable. Just awesome

... moreS6 edge never gets hotter than m9. S6 is 14nm, m9 is 20nm. Because of this overheating issue, it scores lesser than SD808 on the lg g4 in some tests. Xiaomi mi4 pro also has the SD810 processor, but it scores 63k. They've managed to reduce overheating.
Keep the overheating issue away. What about display? The worst display among the s6, g4 and z4. S6 uses amoled, g4 and z4 use quantum dot IPS LCD displays.
Camera. Again the worst among the other flagships. More megapixels doesn't mean better camera. M9 uses a Toshiba sensor, the same one found in lumia 930. In tests, the m9 took the worst pictures.
This phone costs more than a S6, but s6 has better CPU, display, camera, etc. Is this phone worth the price? No way.

I and my busband both have the M9 and they both overheat bigtime. Also, what genius decided to move the power button to the side...stupid stupid stupid idea. I accidently turn mine off several times a day. Disappointed in HTC. Having owned an M8 for 2 years with no problem I expected more. These two are going back not sure if I'll get another But I certainly won't be getting any Samsung. Ive had 4 and every one has issues within 3 months not to mention the really short battery life

No way. HTC one m9 scored 57k in antutu. S6 scored 69k in antutu. SD810 overheats too much that it throttles.

This was not what I expected from HTC. Amongst the 2015 flagships, HTC one m9 has the worst camera, worst display, and worst battery life. I am not saying this is a bad phone, but comparing to other flagships, this phone is not good.

Xperia Z3 is better is every sense..plus its better in Battery performance. and 18K less
