Is system update Android 5.0 HTC send to me to update it and I download so the time am installing it and the phone goes off. That's all nd now the phone is not working

just looking at it is not going to do anything. :D
by the way, this is not a touch screen menu. use the volume keys to navigate. and press the power key as "ENTER"

but you didn't mention "wipe cache partition" first
that is very important.
it is so important for the mess you are in now i would say......
"wipe cache partition">"wipe data/factory reset">"wipe cache partition" again, then "reboot system now"
let me know how it goes.

I forgot this because i'm not seeing it in lollipop any more, but......
If by chance you are on a screen that shows a HTC ONE MAX with the RED triangle and a "!" in it.
you are already past the "Recovery" Step of my instructions.
Now you will have to hold the "volume up" key and quick press the power key (not press and hold).
this should take you to the "Android system recovery" part of the instructions.

hold down volume & the power key till the phone starts.
you should see a white menu with coloured writing.
use the volume keys to navigate to "RECOVERY"
Press the "Power key" to enter
The phone should reboot into Android system Recovery.
use the volume keys to navigate to "wipe cache partition" and power key to enter.
then do the same for "wipe data/factory reset"
Then the same for "reboot system Now"
if you get stuck any where. get me know where and what you see.

nekz, 02 Jul 2015If I on the phone it keep restarting it self and some trian... moreok you are in a boot loop.
this is cause with old data in your cache partition is conflicting with drivers in the new ROM.
i have said this many times before, ALWAYS clear your cache partition just before you do a ROM update.
go to your boot-loader and wipe the cache partition, factory reset from right in there after. once the ROM was successfully flashed (meaning, you saw the progress bar go all the way up before your booting problem started) your should have no more conflict and the phone will start.
on the downside because you did't wipe the cache before the update you are going to lose everything you have stored on internal storage.
if you don't know how to get into the bootloader just ask.

If I on the phone it keep restarting it self and some triangle sign apear on the screen the battery is 98 percent

when you plug it in is it showing how much charge you have?
