As per your email, we understand that you want to update your device HTC One ME.
In regards to this, we are sorry to inform you that HTC One ME Dual Sim device is an "End of Life" device and hence the services are limited for this device.
If the update for your device is released you will get the notification on your device, once your device is connected to the internet.
We appreciate that you are using a good device of HTC for a long period of time.
If there is anything else we can help you with, kindly call us on 1800 266 3566 from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM Monday to Saturday.

Exactly bro. HTC failed to provide latest software update for the ONE ME. After having contacted customer support, they tried to make me believe that the hardware does not support upgrade to Marshmallow!!!

So I've been using this device for above ... moreSame here bro. I bought One M8 and One ME. One M8 was too good.
One ME is a frying pan. The only good thing is the audio quality. EVen there is no VoLTE. Even phones costing INR 6K have VoLTE. Will never buy HTC. I have started discouraging people, when they ask about buyin HTC phones. Atleast they can give a software update to fix the issues, but, they are not even moving a finger.

Very bad phone. Worked fine for initial 2 to 3 months. But after that...terrible. Very bad battery life, heating issue, finger print sensor not working fine, not very responsive....only good thing is that it never hung. And the worst part is that you will not get any spare parts available in market. In fact, most shopkeepers have never heard the name of this phone. Don't buy guys.....

Yeah its true htc betrayed us by making fake promises
They published on thier site that htc phones will get updated in first quarter of 2017 but we still not have received any update This thing showed thier attitude and after sale services to us
Thats why i decided not to purchase any htc item in future

Bettery life is bad heating too much and camer is not better and their asseries not available in market so I says to u don't purchase

sulaiman.T, 07 Apr 2017I love htc.......i cn't do without my product(HTC)i love HTC too....bought this HTC ONE ME 36k INR but after that it dont get any OS update....first HTC gave fake promise that phone will directly receive marshmallow update instead of 5.1......even 10-15k INR phones gets regular OS updates.....dont know what HTC is doing....they costs too much for a phone & then such after sale service.... F U HTC....dont think I am going to buy any HTC device in future if they dont change....why should people waste their money on them....
