In India HTC has no brand value. No one ready to purchase a second hand mobile of HTC even no shopkeeper ready to purchase.
And more even now HTC failed to released the updates for HTC One me. We never get any updates for this device in future. And moreover there is no customer service. ( Service centre) all are pickup centers.
So suggest to all never purchase any HTC device in future.

*Honest Review*
So I've been using this device for above a year and a half. To me the performance seems the same but the heating issue increased a lot and HTC has international battery discharge issue. The heating has increased so much that when I play games like simcity build it or even clash of clans, the phone heats upto 50deg celcius. Yes its right. 50 degree. I literally have to pour water on it after 10-15 mins of playing game. I mean. Can i be more fed up with a phone which got no Android Update since I've bought it and which drains battery like crazy and burns like a frying pan? Please. My request. I am a user of HTC from Bangladesh and my request to you Bangladeshi people and the Indians. Do not buy this. Do not. Not only this do not even think of getting any other HTC phones. Mainstream Samsung phones are 1000 times better than this. I will be switching to Iphone 7 plus soon.

Hello guys. This phone performance is amazing. If you want amazing performance then just activate the developer option. Just click build number in about phone about 6-7 times. And then developer option appears in setting. Then on developer option enable tha High Performance Mode.
Now see the differences. There will be no lag.

I can't find any custom rom for HTC One me..... there is company known as cyanogen modmod that provide custom rom for mobile..... the person who started this company cyanogen died .... now the company named as lineage.... we can post comments on site then they will make custom rom for us..... they make free rom as per the demand...this is the link..... http://www.theandroidsoul.com/download-lineage-os/ ...... please post comment

I have been using this handset from past one and half year, it is good but not powerful. It easily get's things done but don't even think about it if you wanna play HD games. The resolution is twice than what we have on other competitors and processor is same so eventually it will lag a bit during games.
And I Recommend, DO NOT BUY THIS or ANY OTHER HTC DEVICE!
They don't provide update or post sales service on time or not at all. Go for Sony instead, they release very stable updates and give up to two upgrades for many high end devices.
