I would recommend to go for Moto G with the same specs
Only Cam having an issue in MOTO G.

I was hoping HTC could have trimmed the height of the phone down. I don't think phones branded "mini" should have total length more 5" (ideally 4.5") unless they have a very good reason.
What it comes down to is this: do you want the best audio experience for your multimedia out of the box. HTC in this regard have no competition.

You are still Better off with Motorola Moto G without LTE -- samespec
and if you are going to spend a Little more than Motorola Moto G 4G is here with almost 100% equal specification.
I dont know how much HTC sense is fluid, but I guarantee that Motorola is no way disappoint you with the budget tag.

It's tall and thick? Even thicker than flagship phones. Taller display with respect to its width is not good in browsing the internet specially if you want to view a desktop version in your phone. Turning landscape all the times is not good using in just one hand.
