I have been using the One X for approx. 3 months now ( traded-in my Xperia Arc). One X has good looks & build quality and HTC service is real good in my country, but there's quite a lot of issues with the One X, namely the very unstable battery life, the WiFi issue, the camera (terrible when taking pictures of Red color subjects), close up focus is also lousy. Also, when making calls, hands free ringers volume is too quiet. When connected to Bluetooth hands free, sometimes get dropped calls, which i believe has something to do with connection between the phone & the hands free Bluetooth.

Now that I've seen & tried the Samsung Galaxy S3 (my mom's phone), and I'm so impressed that I ordered one (will pick up tomorrow). I used to hate the S3 because it looked so ugly (at least in those pictures).

Why I did not trade-in my Arc for the Sony Xperia S was because it's more or less the same as the Arc - nothing special to me. Sony cell phones ain't bad, but their design are not attractive like in the past, most of their recent phone look too similar in design, nothing special nor particularly attractive.

It's only NVidia Tegra 3 models that are affected by the wifi issue, but the majority of the time it's not noticeable.

Most of the people are more than satisfied with the 32gb + 25gb from dropbox and a battery lasting 1-1.5 day of normal usage of the phone.

I bought this phone outright to use on a corporate plan, based on reviews on the net... and regret it deeply. It's a horror!

The screen is responsive - except when it's not. Thats great fun when you're trying to answer a call and the answer button doesn't do anything unless it's tapped repeatedly - except oops, now it's the hang up button, and you just hung up on someone.

The edges of the screen make up for that tho, by being especially responsive, meaning that if you happen to try and play a game on here you've got only a minute or two before accidental pushing one of those bottom buttons there.

The volume control buttons sit right where you grip, and you're going to bump these all the time... so accept that your phone volume is now a random surprise.

Unlike the unlock button, which sits on the angled edge on the top of the phone, and is damn near impossible to find by touch alone - forget about pushing that as you pull this out of your pocket.

The wifi is broken - something about the DNS according to reports on the net...

Maybe there's a way to convince the mail app to check my mail without my having to open the app - I've told it every 15 minutes, but it never actually seems to. I guess someone will announce some trick to this...

The in car mode doesn't completely suck... but then they haven't released the car stand/holder thingo for Australia yet... so I guess we'll just sticky tape it to my windscreen.

I'm going back to smoke signals for communications. Granted the bandwidth is low, but at least I can also use the fire for cooking. I tried the same with the htc but I could get it to really catch fire.

Dont buy this phone. Don't even stand next to someone who has one, it might be catching.

Just had my HTC One X replaced within 30 days from purchase. Handset frozen up whilst browsing the internet turning completely blank and unresponsive.

Telco initially refused to issue refund or replacement handset even though within 30 day replacement period. Only offered a replacement handset after another HTC One X owner walked into the Telco with the exact same problem as I was arguing my problem.

Was an extremely happy HTC One X owner but now doubting Android all together (after this as well as previous temperamental Galaxy S II). Debating whether it is time to convert back to Apple.

Those who have the test build like me for 4.0.4 update will see but for those of u who don't the ONE X beats galaxy s 3 quadrant and an tutu with new update plus improves GPU performance with new drivers.
