The screen quality really sucks in comparision to my Galaxy S2...thats shit phone. Betting my money on SGS3...my next phone! :)

I really doing understand how the user on this forum who have the HTC One X and say there battery last them all day. I personally use my HTC One X less usage then what shone state here and the battery losers 60% battery life within 90 minutes of minimal use, listening to music a little facebook word with friends and it loses 60% power in 90 minutes and it's not my handset as is the third one I've had replaced in two weeks ad they all did the same . This mobile is the worst battery life I have ever come across. Horrible mobile.

Dislike how Samsung uses massive Propaganda to show off the new Galaxy and about how good it will be blah blah blah and in the end it is just all talk. Really good at dissing its customers with some lesser phones. What a great marketing strategy. Impressive indeed. Very impressive.

Hi all. Got the one x 2 weeks ago. I changed from Nokia N8. I almost tried to sell it after a couple of days due to battery and also some overheating. I am glad I did not sell it finally. After 4-5 charging cycles and installing 2 updates given by HTC the phone showed its true power. Now I can not get the battery to run out at the end of the day and runs very smooth and fast. Thinks I like a lot.......
Bluetooth is compatible with all 3 my cars.
WiFi is very powerfull
GPS locks in seconds from cold start
Gsm signal strength perfect
Call and sound quality perfect
Emails load like a breeze
The only thing I do not like and if someone has a solution even with a paid app I would really appreciate.
When receiving a call or make a call through the car's Bluetooth controls ,the display stays on after the end of the call resulting unwanted touches. Before the N8 I had the HTC HD 2 that I managed to find an app called "POCKET SHIELD" which had perfect settings for that aspect.
For those trying to decide I want to say go for it. There is no perfect phone but I am sure you will find the experience more than thrilling.

What's wrong with Samsung???such a poor design and nothing more interesting???? actually i'm glad that Htc One x is better!!!!
For all Samsung's fans: What will u say about One x and S3 right now??? Is S3 still better than One x? think no!!!! and that's what it is! So don say about diferences between the phones before, if u know nothin about what kind of phone will be!

I'm in a rather quandary as to which phone I should purchase next. The new Samsung Galaxy S3 or the HTC ONE X (or XL} Both phones in my opinion are excellent devices, both will meed my needs without question. However, the new Samsung Galaxy S3, unfortunately for HTC, may have the edge with their user replaceable battery, SD card slot and free 50 GB Dropbox storage. Before deciding, I will patiently await GSMARENA
review on the new Samsung Galaxy S3 as a true comparison to the HTC ONE X as I trust GSMARENA quantifiable opinions in these matters. Look forward to your review GSMARENA

I am an htc fan but i have to admit that except the design, quality and sense ui galaxy s 3 is better.
s3 got the same features of one x like simultaneous video and photo capturing, burst mode, quad core etc
Although the design is ugly but samsung is more popular than htc and feels that they are going to outperform htc again :-(

Samsung again failed. Galaxy S2 and Nexus designs are far better than Galaxy S3.
Galaxy S3 design is really ugly.
Still Galaxy S3 can’t beat One X solid design :)

i changed to Xperia Neo V because of that, and it's awesome dude ;)
i think you can play video well if you rooted your smart phone and install the pure Android 4 aka Ice-cream Sandwich :/ but you will lost all of HTC apps though

How do you place a 3G video call???
I can't believe they didn't incorporate this in the HTC software, Samsung did with the GS2 to get around Android limitation. I understand the front facing camera has other applications like Skype etc but seems silly to have it and not implement software overlay to allow 3g video calling through stock dialler. In Australia a lot of carriers offer this unlimited on some plans, but with Skype it eats up your data and is nowhere near as convenient as opening your contacts and simply video dialling instead of stuffing around with a 3rd party app. Soooo frustrated, I really love this beast except for that one thing.
Unless anyone has a way around it or knows if HTC will add this to a future (soon) firmware update??? Any HTC reps monitoring GSMArena care to comment???
