S Amoled, S LCD, LCD 2... all of that not much different from LCD's from 2 years ago. They were called good and bright.

S LCD and S AMOLED Plus is manufactured by Samsung but Super IPS LCD2 is made by LG not Samsung. IPS(In-Plane Switching) was developed by Hitachi and later sold to Panasonic. Now LG makes their LCD display based on IPS technology.
IPS reduces the amount of light scattering in the matrix, which gives the htc One X its characteristic wide viewing angles and good color reproduction.

The One S is Duel core the One X is Quad Core. Hope this helps.

Its 4.7 incher, quad core 1.5 ghz, NFC enabled, Bluetooth 4.0, and you all must have gone through its camera capabilities, BEAT support....n blah blah. This makes this an awesome piece of technology and best smartfone at this moment. Gonna buy this asap.

exactly....this is super LCD 2 not S-LCD......it has a far better viewing angles than SAMOLED+ of Note...check out the comparison......i just doubt that can S3 give the feel and quality with its looks and TW??....I am amazed at one thing i.e the sophisticated design and feel of htc's....keep going:)

So, if it is 312ppi or 342ppi we wont feel any difference.Also S LCD2 got the perfect viewing angles much better than Xperia S.Also there are some complaints about the display of Xperia S that there is yellow tint on some part of the screen.

Looking forward to getting this from Clove on Wednesday. Not into comparing phones but whilst this may be or not be a better phone than Xperia S, which I also have, there is not a single phone that can compare with the XS in terms of screen resolution or clarity.....the Xperia S is 342ppi as opposed to 312ppi on the One x! The reason I want this phone is that it is quadcore..the first QC in fact plus I always have one HTC phone in my locker. Sold the XE to fund this bad boy!
