    amazing device,
I bought it 8 months ago, they fixed all the hardware and software bugs that were in the very first series (sold in first quarter 2012), it's about perfect. Unibody is very tough, the home UI is so beautiful, gadgets are all there, excellent player too. With android 4.1 on energy saving it runs for 2 days (5-6 calls and SMS, 1h wi-fi, 1h walkman, 10-20 mins gaming). Materials are excellent, the feeling is great, no hardware buttons on the front, it also has a slide plug on the back for docking station or battery case (I bought an external battery case 2100mAh for 22euro, it looks like a big cover but works fine for lots of extra battery).

I really need some serious help here. I have a HTC One X (International version) purchased from the UK and I am presently in India.

My HTC One X was fine up until today, and it suddenly started showing No Service. Airplane mode is Off, I have reset the factory settings and tried to connect manually to o2 network, but keep getting the message "Your Sim card does not allow a connection to this network.

The issue is that i receive no network...no service. The SIM card is working fine and I tried different cards with the same result. I get a decent signal in areas with a strong signal but receive NO signal in areas with a relatively weak signal (not all that weak, my iPhone works just fine). I guess it must be something to do with radio/baseband. I tried to flash some other radios (for India) but nothing helps. Some one advised to use a stable ROM with a newer baseband but for doing so, I need to upgrade my hboot, which refuses to move from the current 1.12 (to 1.39 as advised by mike of ADR in his thread). FYI, when I flash a new hboot, the cmd prompt remains at 'sending file' for a really long time without any response.

              Any help would be appreciated.

hi! i want to share with u my experience that i had with hox. i bought it in december in intamplat and after 2 weeks i started to have problems with the volume rockr and the mic. i gave it back to htc and after 5 long weeks they gave me a new one. this one works perfectly, very smooth. best hd display on the market. with heavy use the battery last 15 hours. during the games it's getting a little hot but nothing to worry about. if u want to buy one do it but only if it's a good deal. if not go with a nexus 4 or an optimus g. i hope that my review it will be helpfull. ciao

Anonymous, 01 Jun 2013Which phone should I get? Nexus 4, Xperia sp, Htc one x , G... moresgs3. the battery is removable and the storage is expandable. it's also got a superamoled screen so you get a vivid screen. also it's really customisable and the updates are far more frequent compared to the others.
or go for the sony xperia sp.they're really tough (i own one and have dropped it countless times). they also look sleek and appealing. the camera on it is decent but definitely not as good as the s3's. it also has a dedicated camera button.

It is the No.1 Gaming phone in Smartphone market,
It is more powerful than Galaxy S3 or Xperia Z,

and it has the longest battery life I have ever seen before (2 days full back up after heavy gaming),

It's Camera is just awesome and shutter speed is very fast, you can capture 3 photos is on second, where s3 can capture only 1 photos in 1 second.

Really a great Smartphone from HTC,Great design,

And the main point is _ this phone is very strong built and Long lasting,

                                  Thank you HTC,

It is a unbeatable and uncomparable Set from HTC,

                                  Super Super Super,
