My one x hangs when i open 2 to 3 apps at a time and then doesnt start..it keeps on hanging.... i have to wait till the battery dries and then let it cool down and then charge and the start by switching on.... can anybody help me..

Unfortunately. Yup.
Its a bit late.
I own this phone and no doubt this phone is a beauty but lets face it, they release some new handset every other day.
HTC ONE X is no longer the benchmark phone from HTC.
I suggest you take either HTC ONE or HTC Butterfly.
Or maybe even try some other brand. Like Samsung. Note II is KILLER.
Your decision to make.
But again, i suggest. BUY A PHONE THATS THE LATEST THING IN THE MARKET. EVEN IF IT IS CHEAP.
For example. The samsung galaxy grand isnt a masterpiece. But its NEW. Every other guy has it in his hand flipping over its cover.
Relax. Take another one.

Anybody from the Middle East who got 4.1.2 update? My Android version is still 4.1.1 but I understand 4.1.2 was already released via OTA a month ago or so.

Do not buy this phone. It was a pile of trash, this new update made it substantially worse. All but impossible to navigate. Overly complicated. Can't ring and vibrate at the same time, and worse battery life I've ever seen.

Very powerful phone. Great for gaming and apps. Though the battery seems to go short. I'm using easy battery saver app in intelligent mode to save the battry, and it is working pretty good. But still battery seems to drain very fast while using wifi.

My HTC Works great, pc connection abit different.
FIrst download USB drivers from HTC site.
Had to download HTC sync.rebooted pc and then
Goto settings on HTC phone and connect to pc.
Phone will be seen as a USB device and photos can be seen in Dcim directory.EXplore and you will find movies and music. Convert movies to mp4 to watch on HTC.
