Hey guys, does anyone have problems with the screen, not the edges, but when Im looking at pictures and have for instance darker pic and want to zoom in to see some detail then the screen starts adjusting very slowly and I can see how it goes from the up by "squares", shouldnt happen with the chip and cpu hm? thanks

finally got the so long waited JB update for my hox.works perfect.but i still have a problem with my + volume button wich still doesn't works.it's a hardware problem and i need to gave it to htc waranty service.

Yesterday purchased HTC One X, with all confusing comments on this phone, i was perplexed whether to purchase or not, but i was going mad to buy One X, so i took the risk and bought 1 for myself by my hard earned money, now i would say the phone is brilliant. Didn't face any problem yet. everything is smooth & working fine, No Screen issue, No Wifi issue etc etc.
For those who are confused about buying this phone, just give it a try like me. And this is human psyche if we face some problem in our electronic (mobile) devices, we start to find its solution on internet. And post our negative experiences with the devices on different forums etc. Thats y we find much negative comments as compared to positive ones.
Companies like HTC Samsung Apple etc manufacture hundreds of devices per day, and they are sold, not every device is perfect when it is released out from manufacturing plant, only some fraction of the devices gets defected soon, so the people with the defected devices tend to find solution and post about their opinions either negative or positive. And the people who are happy with their devices even don't need to visit those forums etc becoz they are already having master piece. They dont have time to post.
This thought came into my mind which lead me to buy HTC One X,
Electronic devices are un predictable, so always keep in mind that whether Apple Samsung or HTC or any other Brand, all are Electronic Devices which can leave u alone anytime :) just try your luck with your respective device.

For those experiencing the issue wherein Wifi symbol sometimes takes time to appear again when you switch on the screen, it might be cuz the "Power Saver" option is selected. Configure your power saver options to not put the data connections to sleep...or try switching off power saver option completely (for a while) and see if the behaviour repeats...

i am having a problem with my one x.display brightness not working properly.whether i increase or decrease the brightness it remains same and its not that much bright.can anyone suggest me what can i do??

AnonD-97876, 07 Jan 2013I have bought HTC One X just a month back and have found no... moreAfter I have updated to android 4.1.1 I have discovered the same problem but the solutions lays on play store as always, and it is a software that I've been using since it has emerged on playstore, you should try it out (if you have not done that). Go to play store and download AirDroid the only problem is that you need wireless network to use it, if you don't have it always you can use network sharing from your mobile if you have a data plan with your carier. cheers mate:)
