Install Camera mx and test the camera , if no blurring then it is a software problem.

Nick, 09 Apr 2018Please can someone more confirm this trick? No it is not the case. My battery use to last for 13 hrs max now it last for 4 hrs max and in gaming mode just one and half hr or less. Dont believe on the batter saver mode. Lenovo has the best battery saver mode which can go upto 12 hr with one % down personally used.

So lately Ive been getting battery issues like others with this phone and similar HTC phones. Seems to drain very fast and sometimes at 15% just go flat and power down. Ive tried holding power and volume up for a few mins and let it constantly reboot (supposedly that calibrates the battery) but doesnt seem to help.Neither to battery calibration apps.
Pity, the actual phone is nice but it can have battery problems,oh..and the camera just seems to take to long to foucs, especially up close.it just wont focus properly.
Will be buying another phone soon. Not HTC this time though.

Can any one please tell me if the software is updated will the camera get blurry?
because suddenly my back camera got blurry (not focusing)n and i took it to the place where i had brought it since i have warranty they said probably because of software update the camera has been blurry.
This is the first time i heard something like this. If it is so i won't be able to repair through warrenty since they are not liable for software update issues. is it true or false? don't know whether they are saying for they're advantage.
                Thank you...

Been using the X9 for almost 1 year now.
Build is nice, glass front and metal back makes it feel more premium.
Only issue i had once was camera was jumping around and couldnt focus but rectified itself after a few hours, odd. Been OK since. Otherwise no issues.
Front stereo speakers sound very good and are loud enough.
Screen is good, 5.5" 1080P is plenty.
Perfomance is fine for average user.
For me backlit navigation capacitive keys are a big plus, sick of on screen nav keys that take away your screen size.
The only barely negative is battery life, if you are a heavy user you'll be charging again in afternoon.
Moderate user should last til evening or bit longer.
But so many phones have batteries that dont last long enough, I really dont think the X9 is that different.
For a cheaper price you can buy this phone for now its good value. Just dont pay a high price.
And dont expect even Nougat update, it comes with Marshmallow 6.0 and that's all it will probably ever have.

Hi everyone, i am currrently using HTC one M7 and gave used it for little over 2 yrs, had little problem with it tho sometimes slow response and then battery not so great but not terrible ( charge once a day), but few months ago top part of the screen stopped working tried everything to no avail so ive decided to change it but i like HTC so i am sticking with a HTC brand.
Can anyone please suggest which is better between HTC X9 or A9, i am leaning more to X9 because A9 battery i heard is worse. Please help
