I've heard mediatek devices drain battery quickly. How Is the battery performance with this device? How long would it run with moderate to heavy usage? Also sm people are mentioning that it doesn't charge that quickas snapdragon?Is there some extreme power saver mode in htc sense ui which disables all apps except few like calls n messages (like the one in lenovo devices n latest Samsung phones too)

HyeRuL, 16 Jun 2016Any heating issues on this X9?During general use, it barely becomes warm enough to be noticed. During intensive app installation or gaming it will get rather warm but never uncomfortable hot. Normal use while charging only slightly warm due to somewhat low charging speed.

Although the specification m... moreThat is Mediatek's "quick charge" sadly as they state it is 30% faster than 1 amp 5 volt charging (it charges with 1.5 am 5 volt) while faster than 1amp ita far slower than most especially to fill a somewhat large 3000mah battery. I experimented with all kinds of quick chargers with little effect, kind of disappointed about it on that regards.

The in call volume is very low I don't know what to do ,the phone is fast and elegant

I bought the HTC X9 last week. Although the specification mentioned it has Fast Charging, but i actually getting very slow charging (almost takes 2 hrs for full charge). Can anyone mention why this is happening?

Therefore one will work on 4G the other on 3G. Presumably if 4G is not available it will become 3G on SIM1 and 2G on SIM2 but I haven't tried placing two SIM's in mine yet (just primary SIM and SD card).

I just recently bought the phone and I'm loving it. It's design is very nice and it feels great to hold. HTC's version of Android Marshmallow works well however there are some issues that I have found (probably because its new phone and all), the Youtube app does not allow playback at 60hrz for some reason even though the screen does support it, some apps have not recognised the phone model in particular the benchmark app I was using and I have had some smaller bugs which will probably be ironed out later. Overall the phone is really solid and It is one of my favourites. (This is VERY biased opinion as I haven't had a new phone for 2 years)

I just ordered HTC One X9 and I will post my review here as soon as I get my phone. But I find this phone really awesome compared to expensive phones because it has great specs overall. But we'll see...
