Sound quality of hand-set is good, but multimedia part sucks, I am not satisfied with media part of this hand-set. Be aware...

You guys making mistaque, because who is thinking that you should every time reboot this is wrong, im using this product already 6 month and im enjoying. BUT i changed the standard FIRMWARE on Windows mobile 6.Everythings works very nice, i dont remember when was last time i did reset.

The pictures of the the device dont do it justice.The actual phone look much better than the picture. Very stable device, no crashes, no reboots, no hanging. Considering the fact that its 200 Mhz phone, dont expect turbo speed, but u can manage.Its got a 128 MB hard disk which is very handy. The only thing I didnt like about it is lack of infra red port.Wifi works great and bluetooth is very stable. The trackball and mouse software is not very useful but nice trick to attract people.

This phone got lots of problems. Mine, had crash after 3 month of using....

this product overall is really good..it make my life as student easier,with handwriting recognition n wireless..the sound n video playback is clear..but what i dont in thiss phone is the camera fuction..although it 2 mp,its not good as sony n nokia 2mp camera..

Why this phone is not been sold with a memory card?Also can you up-grade this phone with video call & the camera from 2 mega upwards.My only problem with this phone is that and sometimes the screen.Please up greade your high-tech with this and consider my proposal.It's one the best phone i have used, i and orther customers will be very happy if you think over this and upgrade your brand.

Hi gents,
Can you please make it possible for your customers have the video call with this phone.HTC is one of the best brand of telephone i have personnaly used,although am finding some diffiulties with screen sometimes not responding to the stylet.Pease up-grade it with the same functionalities of TYTN.

I used this set for 4month, then sold it.Unable to detect sim card, unable to on. I'm glad tht i bought N95 =)

a business phone without WiFi? insane!
And it's priced at around 23,500 INR. Further, the P3400 is at 33,000 INR
Definitely not a value-for-money proposition

great but fragile. just broke the display. the wheel is also out of order for an unknown reason. the metal is scratched.
too fragile, really it is difficult to keep it looking good.
