I think this is a beautiful and unique phone. It definitely looks better than the HTC advantage / tyn / touch. I wonder why there is so little interest in this versus other HTC offerings?

there will be a file in root directory called pim.vol .. copy this to the new phone (it would work as long as both are having WM5) ... this contains all your contact/message/calender/notes. You may have to do a soft reset after the copy. thanks

Currently I am using Dopod 818 and I wanted to change to this phone but can anyone tell me how to copy my 1000 plus contacts to this new phone. I sync a few times but can't find the contact folders in my PC.

no matter what you say about the screen, i have used many phones including the atom exec., and you can barely tell the difference. Only if you watch movies or use it for video purposes can you tell. awesome scroll wheel ( although i have to say not in the same class as blackberrys pearl), great functionality, however, it may lag a little bit if you try and multi task. despite sluggish 200 mhz processor, great phone.

i think the reason why smartphones like these only have 65k color display is because its limited by its os....

I agree! The design looks salivating! Yummy! The sound quality is also top-notch and better than whatever else I had heard. The disadvantage is that the memory seems a tad too little. Still, there is always the microSD card.

It looks like a boosted BlueAngel (9090).. Too bad it still has the same slow CPU and so little memory of it's own.
If the 9090 had a better camera and usb rather than the proprietary plug it would be almost the same.
It's 80g lighter, and 17mm shorter, has a 290mAh weaker battery. Hmm.. Weaker battery??
Sure it contains an FM tuner but for some reason lacks 3G support.. I'll give it an overall 7 of 10.. Keep perfecting this one you guys. I still love my Qtek 9090.. :-)
