unless you download zune player software befroe you can sync your device on your pc.

the specifications are a bit wrong, try to review it.
you posted two phones under one name.
One of them is HTC Radar, coz I have it, but the other one doesn't look like mine, and mine doesn't need a microsim, as you can see in the pictures you posted.

Then update the phone to latest operating system.
Or turn on the phone and go to stetting and submenu INFO scroll down to page and tap factory settings.
After rebooting your phone go to Settings/system/phone update.
Update your phone when wifi is on and logged in to your network. Update your phone to win7.8
If dis dont help you need to hardware reset your phone. See on u tube. grtz
