friend got the to be released north america htc sensation for $500 at htc.sensation.canada(at)gmail and says it's more responsive than the incredible while battery life relatively unchanged. poor me, I still use the nexus :'(

HI. everyone still this phone is missing some thing they don't put all the stuff .they want customers buy and buy all the life time new model phones . they never put all the functions in one phone that company secret.well best of luck htc sensation in the market.

In a nutshell, it is like HD2 from teh point of user experience. No real reason to update.

shahem, 29 Jun 2011pleeeeez , i want to buy the sensation , but alot of the co... moreLook from my usage of the mobile i recharge the battery every day or a day and half and i am a little heavy user so if your a heavy one you will need to recharge it once a day i think and by the way you won't regret buying it at all :D

No problems found, it depends usage, i think its a good phone compare to athor brands and i have 2yr experience with hTc...

HTC sensation is an amazing phone .. but :

Everything is fine. But speaker sound is very very low. Can anyone help me how to make louder? It is even so slow that I cant hear anything on speaker. I have to place speaker near to my ears to listen......your help will be appreciated.

Recently I have bought HTC sensation. Great phone with great features but the great problem is the heat that the device generates after being used internet for some time. Very bad indeed.....

Yes Sony UX is one of the best, better than Touchwiz in appearance, but still way below Sense UI. One of many reason is you can change skin in Sense, moreover it have stopwatch ;)

I bought HTC sensation from Emax in Dubai. I already have a SGS 2 from my son. I also had iphone 4 which I sold. The rpice was similar except that SGS2 was a shade cheaper no big deal. Here are my opinions about the two.
1) The reception of signals from carrier and WiFi is way better in HTC than in SGS2. I can hardly get a bar in SGS2 wheras I can have almost double of that in HTC.
2) I have not checked the battery life really but I believe the battery life of SGS2 is better although both are 15oo+ power batteries.
3) The pictures and videos of both are great in good light. SGS2 however has bad pcitures in yellowish rom light but gives good results in tubelight. HTC has no problems.
4) HTC is heavy whereas SGS2 is far lighter.
5) The user interface of HTC is better but not a great deal. I like the HTC's friendliness. For example when I started it it helped me transfer everything from my old phone via bluetooth.
6) The browser on HTC is little slower than SGS2.
7) The screen output on videos and pictures is same on both atleast it appears that way.
In summary for me if I do not have third choice I would go for HTC because it has better signal reception both in for calling and for wifi but the battery seems to be a little downside. If I can get more out of this battery than I will not even look for a third choice. You wont like to have a phone that is dropping networks does not matter how good it sounds.
