Wanted to understand if I Can change menu icon viewing pattern from Vertical scroll bar to Horizontal pages scroll. Currently to view the apps/icons I have to scroll pages vertically. I wish to change it to horizontal pages now. Please suggest

I had this cell for some 8 months. it drains the battery when specially using WiFi, also when I upgraded it to ICS, i lost the WiFi feature! then had to pay to downgrade it again to gingerbread! also i expereinced at least several times of hanging even when I was not running heavy programs or playing games. I am planning to switch to Galaxy S3 or alike.
