f you open up the back cover of the Sensation and you look at the battery, you'll notice that the bottom side of the battery is slightly angled. This causes the battery to not be in full contact with the four pins that are attached to the Sensations case. If you pull the right top side of the battery a little down, you'll notice that the battery will make a better connection with the four pins. So for me the problem was solved by putting something in between the top right of the battery and the casing. I've used a business card (I knew saving those would pay of at one time) and tore of the rest that was sticking out. It's been fine ever since.

My sensation was great when i bought it ,before 8 months.Now it doestn work good,sometimes when somebody call me the sensation shuts down.I dont know what it is!maybe any Virus?

hi im John from Philippines it's my 1st week using htc sensation and it's great, i never experience lagging even im playing gta3, and some 3D games, it's ginger bread out of the box, and now i decided not to update my phone to ice cream sandwich because i don't want to experience bad issues after the update though i'm contented enough. HTC is better than Samsung for me.

I have owned this phone for the last year, given by an HTC Representative. This is an absolutely terrible phone. It has incredibly terrible reception issues at times, randomly takes screenshots.. I spend most of my time rebooting the phone, as it crashes constantly. Do not spend any of your hard earned money on this piece of shit.

I've always been upgrading from one HTC phone model to another, latest one I had was the HTC desire S, which was an amazing experiance, but only draw back was the battery,
but now I updagraded to a Sensation, and I totally regret the decision, couldn't find a single improvement on the software side, slower than the desire, navigation is not consistent, regular force close of apps and system shut down and wouldn't work unless you remove the battery.. bottom line, be careful when making a decision, should have gone with the Samsung Galaxy SII or SIII phones.

Hi guys,
I have the HTC Sensation Z710e, the Main logic PCB board (bottom part of the motherboard) is damaged, I have been looking all over the web to find a replacement part with not much luck, can anyone please recommend where I might be able to find it or if you know reliable repair service I can send the phone to!! I'm in London, any suggestion is much appreciated.

Guy, you gotta root the phone and then put some custom ICS rom > then you have a beast. They are working on porting Jelly Beans at the moment. I have tried the Jelly beans (JB) and gotta tell ya, it's like buttery smooth. When I say buttery smooth, I mean BUTTERY SMOOTH. Only thing is that on JB you will not get any flash coz Adobe stop making flash for mobile platforms. Current version of JB for Sensation, the front facing camera is not working, but i can live with it. Hope I helped guys... Sensation rocks. btw, don't worry if you drop the phone or have dent on the body, the whole body is the battery lead and you can buy one with 15$ (ebay) any you have a brand new phone again (as long as you don't crack the screen) :)
