HTC sensation XE is really great, except Battery!! its so retarded! I cant believe they came up with a masterpiece but with a battery from the 60s! it lasts maximum for 4 hours! and if u reduce the screen brightness it will last for 6 only!!!

I have the option of getting a htc sensation phone and a blackberry TORE.I am confused on the one to go for.What's your advise please

The HTC Sensation is a good replacement if your tired of Apple products like my iPhone 4. It's fast and if you use a task killer set to keep the system killed every 30 minutes, turn your screen brightness down, turn off useless things like key click sounds, and don't stuff your phone full of garbage game apps, and keep a good AntiVirus running on it then your battery and your phone will run very well and without any issues. The iPhone has very few issues. How ever, the few it does have. Are the ones that are the most annoying ones. Like it not running flash and screen not repositioning on menu's without a kick in the ass. All phones will have their quirks. My money and happiness at the moment are currently with my HTC Sensation.
PS. Otterbox, please make a god damn Defender case for my HTC Sensation and not the stupid Comuter case only. Thanks.

just rooted my htc sensation to android revolution hd and its definitely now a htc sensation xe with beats 1.5 ghz is fast no lag at all my phone feels brand new again he he he , i think i will keep this custom rom but i do have a back up with my old custom rom just in case.. and i do recommend to all to try it but make sure you know how to do it i suggest to look it first on youtube on how to root your htc sensation and make a backup before flashing a new rom and have at leasta big space on your sd card for the back up and the new rom

I had the HTC sense now for 4 months now, and i was excited when i was upgrading by 02. Everything wonderful, but big let down is the battery power consumption. It does not even last for a day. I know there is settings to increase battery time but still, if anybody is serious with mobile becoming handy, then these 4 inch and over smartphone should have more powerful battery designed for them. I got so annoyed with its every second click off to save battery power, that I now opted for another hand set, that can handle realistic mobile life. Never the less it is a good mobile.

htc Sensation or Galaxy S 2 thats my choices and i'm stuck between the 2 anybody with the sensation that is able to tell me if it comes with a image and video editor and if it doesn't can i get an app that will allow me to because its an important feature for me when choosing phone oh and I hate Samsung but i do want the best between the 2

Hi Have sensation 2 months now and happy enough except for battery. Bought a 32gb card to give new memory but seems to slow up phone and automatically unmounts SD then sees it again, does not like my new 32GB card...any ideas??

anyone complaining about the battery life go to settings and decrease the display brightness as much as you can and you will see huge difference :D

Beautiful phone. Maybe everything you might need in a phone? But the BIG con is the battery life. I retired my classic IPhone 3G, and with the same use it's battery lasts longer than Sensation's.
I had to buy now an extra battery and it's charger. But that is not what you expect from HTC. Would be good to get a bigger battery for it, but where is it going to fit. That would make it the best phone around.

HTC SENSATION is awesome....
Only one problem is Battery life... But According to Phone Functions its ok. Without Internet My Battery goes up to 7-8 hour. if I use internet through 3g or Wi-Fi its down in 3.5 to 4 hour.
I am Happy With HTC Sensation. Its Look Sexy in Hand.

i've heard that samsung been lazy for updating firmware. is htc oso d same? will this phone getting update 2 android 4.0?after using wave s8500 m now really afraid of not getting update or not fix all d bugs. can advice me should i go for samsung or htc?
