Hope there will be a desirable HTC Phone under $200 someday. So much allure in HTC phones, and NONE within reach except you're willing to spend

Well I bought this phone three days ago... The phone is awesome boots really fast and everything is perfectly fine. Only downside of this phone is that it is scary to hold. The grip is a bit awkward and it has a tendency to fly off of your hands if you dont grip it hard enough. However if you do grip it hard enough and you are connected to Wifi Deathgrip will kick in and it will drop the connection immediately. For its GPS it is the best GPS phone that I used so far. Locks to a satellite in two minutes tops. For the battery, for moderate used it will only last for 17 hours, for heavy use it will last for 8 hours, and for light use as in just texting and calling with minimal photos and music use, it will last for three days....

After 12 days with this thing, I'm sending it back. It's too glitchy/buggy. It reboots and my SD app icons are replaced w/ the green android. Ear pieces are too big. Video camera only focuses once, so you can't record yourself in focus. You can't program bluetooth to automatically accept from your computer. Video editor doesn't merge, it only trims. For all this memory, it can't handle 1080p smoothly. I could go on and on. Unstable, inefficient.

dam it, i just renewed my t-mobile contact. i thought this phone would be a great phone. I guess i made a mistake renewing the contract again. I should have cancelled it and change to ATT. I always like samsung products anyways. sigh

I returned mine too, personally there's no any difference in speed searching the web between 3 or 4G
Battery takes forever to recharge you won't believe you gotta keep it plugged all night to have it completely charged...but that's not the point
Worst thing is going trough my phone book and find a contact, you gotta scroll all the way from top to the bottom to find what're you looking for
When i get a text message containing somebody's contact number i can't click on it,past it and save it in my phone book,it's ridiculous. you gotta write the phone down and type it in later...lol.. what a silly phone, and it seems like all contacts preferably wants to go over some google thing..what the hell ?
E-mail client is total garbage, also unlocking phone requires pressing the top button instead of having home button enabled that takes you right to the screen menu..
This phone is a total joke...
Do not recommend at all

I got this phone Tuesday, 6-21-11, and I sent it back today, Thursday. Let me preface this by saying I'm a Blackberry 9780 user. It's my third Blackberry and I've enjoyed everyone of them. I've used HTC phones in the past, but not Android. First, I have to say the Sensation is a beautiful phone that's light, thin, and has an incredible screen. The "Death Grip" didn't happen for me, even after looking at the video on Gsmarena and covering the radio area of the phone. Also, the phone IS a unibody. However, I found the OS confusing and difficult to navigate. When I use my stereo bluetooth headset, a Motorola S9-HD, and the camera simultateously the sound cuts out while the camera tries to auto-focus. That in itself was the deal breaker for me. There are a few other quirks I didn't like, but I won't go into them. This phone may make others very happy, but I was disappointed. I'll wait for the Galaxy S II.

2 weeks Owner ...
although new to Android ... and HTC ... and smartphones ...
I think I'm entitled to to speak:
Love: the Interface, the inelegance, the Camera, the Apps.
Hate: The bad Network signal, the 5 hours battery life.
bottom line: I'll live with it.

This is the nicest phone I've owned (Evo, iPhone,...) BUT I can't get a flipping signal. My daughter has an 8 month old myTouch 4G that is kicking it's butt in side by side performance and connectivity.
The user interface is beautiful but its unusable as a communications device.
