[deleted post]Then SE have to pay pay very well to post a promotion for their devices. In which world do you live? People have different expcectation. Some want aluminium unibody, others want dual core.. Arc is great phone but in my country i have to pay a little bit more to get the sensation which is in my opinion more solid and feature rich then the arc. I agree you that old SE phones do their job good but they will never satisfy the market. Today the internet, games and other application require really that processing speed. Only the software needs to be optimizes. The development of hardware components like Cpu, Ram or gpu are faster that software developers cant dome up with their support.
All phone manufacturers are great in their way but only one of them is exploiting the people. Apple. The production cost of the iphone is much cheaper than the competition but nearly double so expensive on the market.
People buy the iphone because they need simplifyed OS and Ui. They need clearly instructions and reduced user freedom to avoid technical unknowledge of using an universal OS like and android, symbian, bada ..
Apple isnt really providing innovation rich devices.. They only provide services. The appstore is work of many external software developers. Apple give only the tools. None of you can explain me the the reason of the high price of the iphone.
The real innovation creators are samsung, sony ,htc and lg. Apple use in most cases the technology of them.

Be careful about HTC cell phones! They are beautiful gadgets, high quality materials, excellent software and hardware, also good customer service and support. But they are not good for phone calls!!!! Most of them!!! Their loudspeakers are terrible and earpiece in call quality not better either. A lot of static noise and overexposed ambient background noise. As with most other cell phone manufacturers they release the new phones without fully tested them and later on they try to fix their mistakes via software updates IF the phone in particular sells realy good.... Had terrible experince with T-Mobile G2 (HTC Desire Z, my friend similar with HTC Incredible)

HTC are making good phone but sadly they never think to make their phones business ones. I have searched almost all HTC android phones looking for DOCUMENT EDITOR phones suprisingly all of them are DOCUMENT VIEWERS. HTC Come out of this stupidity. Only HTC Desire HD2 has document editor n simply that they don care for people who want to edit microsoft documents this will be too basic to buy.

I m a big fan of HTC. HTC is not as old as Nokia company but HTC has proven its innovation in less amount of time. From Hardware to interface HTC has beaten not only Nokia but other manufacturers like apple.
If I was to compromise on buying HTC for its technology, quality, productivity & innovation, my 2nd lowest choice would be Samsung's Galaxy series & its AMOLED display.
LG has now built some good stuff like LG BIG or G2X or 3D but still following behind.
Lots of service & product that apple has charged it's customers for, google did it for free & remember HTC was the first company to bring all these free goodies to its platform. Not to mention apple has been collecting every bottom penny from customer's pocket since day 1 plus you still can't remove the battery. If you've accidentally updated iOS then forget about your jail-breaking & start over.

i wish they hav kickstand n more bigger battery to perform longer
n instead of VGA ther shuldb 1.3 or 2mp camera

nokia has been in the market for so long it would be correct to say that nokia is big brother of most of the companies but the only thing in which nokia lags behind..is its operating system...while other companies have adapted android and other leading OS nokia is still stuck with same and boring symbian..same UI everytime and no good apps at all..if nokia has to kick asses of other companies it has to come up with a new os and better apps experience....

here in the philippines nokia phones is the best becoz it is easy to manipulate to hack to connect through the internet without any cost and it cheaps of price unlike any other brand of phones its to complicated to run through the internet w/o any cost. The important things is how you use your phone to the max? Maybe you are call and text person it is useless to buy expensive phone unles you have plenty of money. Good day@....

Lets face it people...Nokia has lost it touch with the kind of phones they are coming up. I haven't used HTC phones that much but with the like of Iphones and HTC's in market...Nokia's future looks bad..unless they come up with a trend defining smart phone, but after the announcement of Nokia coming up with a window's phone that last hope of a good smart phone is also gone.

nokia are the worst on the market at the min with shoddy softwear that dose nothing but crash poorly built handsets that when you turn them the rong way in the wind they fall to bits htc have been making smart phones longer than anyone else so understand what it takes to make a phone that is stong and durable with next to no softwear issues

Let's face it Nokia is best with its design but with its software it'll get no where in industry. Personally, I haven't tried HTC phones yet but they do seem ok to me so I can't tell any negative comments about it. :)
