With updates HTC forget to mention you have to factory reset to get the new software working properly

Newer does not equal better you can't even change the battery when dies you have to send the phone back to HTC to have changed at a cost to you and can't add to memory because no memory card slot!
One X is plastic to add injury to insult!
I bought my Sensation XE June 2012 and could of bought the One S cheaper but it is ugly and feels cheap!
Sensation XE is the best!

kalai, 24 Oct 2012havinh an idea of buyin this pgone... s this phone worth bu... morethis phone is great. it will be more greater when jelly bean comes on it (i hope) the battery lasts a day with heavy use and with less use it will last 1,5 days. but considering that there are newer phones on the market like the one s and one x i would buy them

I have updated software to 3.33.707.151. After that, my Sensation XE get hang many times a day, and everyday since then. Always re-stated by itself. Is there anyone facing problem like me? Please kindly share your experience and solution. Thanks.

If you listen to classical opera rock pop or any other type of music then no better than a £30 set
I have a monster (company who makes the headphones) Bluetooth speaker and a million times better for broad music taste
I listen to every genre of music so when listen to hip-hop I use them if other genre then I use an HTC set
Value for money 4/10
Quality of build 5/10
Sound quality 6/10
OVERALL 6/10
The biggest problem is you pay £90+ more for with the headphones than without I paid £430 with but could of bought for £330 without so better to buy without and get a pair of Dr dre at Carphone Warehouse for £60 now

if you are getting SD card removing error in ics 4 i think this is because of dropbox application. install the latest version of dropbox and check this solve your problem are not

i just updated my sensation xe to 3.33.707.151. the only improvement I noticed was the CPU consumption w/c is now better than the last software I had.any other improvements that you've noticed?

Any... moreRooting is possibly the best thing you can do to your phone.
By rooting your phone, you can let your phone run the way it was supposed to run.
Sure, you forfeit future updates but you can do a temp un-root to apply the update and re-root after.
So far, I have rooted both my HTC Wildfire S and my Sensation XE and they both run 3x faster then they did un-rooted.
Custom ROM on my Wildfire S (as it's no longer getting updates) and stock ROM on my Sensation.
If they break, they are pretty easy to fix if you look online.
But even if you can't, HTC will take the phone and repair at a cost and it's not that expensive.

Bought one in June... The phone's good but the earphones.. It malfunctioned in just one month... Now i got myself a just beats and I'm cool.. The Sensation XE is a excellent phone
