do not buy! have had this twice and both handsets have been faulty! Vibrate function never worked on the first so got it exchange and the second one then had a fault touch screen.

nova, 17 Jun 2012What about the battery life? How many days it could last? ... moreWith stock apps and basic usage the phone lasted about 4 days. After I installed some apps and played games and used the phone intensely it didn't last more than 18 hours.
Now, as I've gotten over the whole new phone mania, it lasts around 2 days with using the internet, email, making phone calls and receiving updates from various other apps.

louigi, 21 Jun 2012There is no power save option in the power settings, any help?You can use the "What's been using the battery" feature to adapt your workflow. Thus, switching off some apps (email, facebook, widgets etc.) will save more battery.

Can anybdy help
I like slim design of one S. very beautiful and looks very superb. But these things are stopping me.
1) non removable battery. What if one S hang?
2) only 16 gig memory.
But its a latet handset where as Xe 7 mnths old and the difference is of 2k INR.
I like UI of Xe. ?? Dnt knw what to do

HELP HELP HELP! cannot use the camera flash if battery is at 40%, phone is saying "cannot use flash because your battery level is too low". What the heck the battery is at 40%, HTC thats crazy. anyhow im running ICS on my sensaton XE... I also have a spare htc desire and the camer can shoot with a flash even if its at 7% battery

HTC SENSATION XE... moreIf you want raw power then go for the One S as it is just about the fastest phone on the market to date, even out doing the quad core giants! But the Sensation XE's battery life is slightly better than the One S's especially if you put an Anker 1900 mAh battery in it which you can get off of Amazon for little over £10. Also the HTC One S has just 16GB non expandable storage whereas the HTC Sensation Xe has 1.11GB of internal (which is tonnes by the way) plus you can have up to a 32GB micro SD on top of that. Totally up to you, if you want more information check out Phonedog reviews on YouTube of those two phones and see which UI you like best Sense 3.6 in the XE or 4.0 in the One S.

uzi, 29 Oct 2011what is htc sense and tell me about ? functionality and t... moreThe best way to get an idea of HTC sense is to watch reviews of phones on YouTube the best one I have found for the UI is Phonedog, check out some of his reviews and you'll soon get to know the UI pretty well. Or if you don't fancy that find a phone shop, Orange and Carphone Warehouse often do this, with working handsets in it and have a play around with the HTC's in there.

sree, 10 Jun 2012I love my xe..its my first android..i got ics update...but ... moreThe problem with the Bluetooth is all to do with what version of Bluetooth the other device uses, if it is to old then it won't work and, sorry, but there is nothing that can be done to change that.

AnonD-57534, 13 Jun 2012Galaxy S2 note or S3Definitely go for the Samsung Galaxy s3 if you can afford it, it is faster, the UI is much better and the fact that you need a suitcase to carry around the Galaxy Note is a problem i guarantee will get on your nerves after a while, plus on the Galaxy s3 the battery life is better and the screen has a much higher ppi.

Anonymous, 15 Jun 2012is it normal to see "android is upgrading " , &qu... moreYes it is, I spoke to HTC about it and they said that if it is a really big problem then hard reset it and that MIGHT solve it but if not just keep your phone on fastboot in the power section of the settings and then it won't do it. The most likely cause is there is a bug in the ICS software which makes the phone think it needs to update apps before booting all the time whereas it should have only done it the first time you turned it on. Hope this helps.
