HTC Sensation XE, is really Nice Phone Compare to Samsung Galaxy S2, Amazing Video recording on Full HD on 1080P, and Camera Shot is also Very Nice, but i agree with Some Network Problem, but its dasent maters, the Internet Speed is Very Very Fast with other Android phones, this phone is really Valuable for US, as per my Knowledge & my experience too.

I am recently bought this but I have a problem that I cann't connect to android market, google play shop doesn't open,after login my gmail account it shows can not connect and htc hub and htc sense also not connect,please help

hi i got signal problem after upgrading to ICS. signal drops when holding the phone. does any one have the same problem?

had phone now for 2 months. good enough job. can be sore on batteries so always carry a charged spare. have sofar failed to break it. (Samsung x cover, Nokia I, Ericsson r380, 250 various others) so i would say 7 / 10

HTC Sensation XE purchased in April 2012
Parts Changed
1 time Upper Board, 1 time Battery Cover, 3 times Main Board
I am most disappointed with the level of service rendered, not to mention the appalling product repairs.
I was finally promised a 1 to 1 exchange of phone by Singapore Repair Center two weeks back.(today 4th Jun 2012)
The promise was, 1 – 2 weeks to get the replacement
1 week later I called HTC Call Center 1800 2387788 was than informed it was 1 – 3 weeks
Last Wednesday 30 May I called again and was informed it would take another 2 weeks (1 month in total wait time to replace phone)
I than requested for an upgrade whereby I would willingly pay the price difference for the upgrade to Sensation XL or One X
The request was than escalated to the manager who informed me that the upgrade is not possible.
He promised to personally take charge in getting the replacement phone to me and revert to me within 24 to 48 hours
According to HTC phone records,the Managercalled me at 1600hrs on Friday 1 Jun but was unable to get in touch with me.
This information WAS RELAYED TO ME BY the Customer Service (CS) on the same day when I called at 1930hrs, she also promised to get the Manager to call me on Monday 4th June at 1000hrs
Today 4th Jun 2012, 1020hrs I called HTC and was informed that the Manager was not in the office as he was late
At 1130hrs I called and was informed that the Manager was out to lunch.
After I persisted for the Customer Service to check with the secretary, I was informed that the Manager will not be in the office today.
I was only than informed that the Manager had escalated my case to Singapore office to call me on 30th May.
The customer Service mentioned that the confirmation from Singapore that there will be a call to me only arrived at 1120hrs today and I would be receiving a call before 1900hrs.
I also submitted a request for the CS to inform Singapore to call me within the hour, which I doubt and confirmed that it would and have not materialised
My question is,
What happened to the phone
What happened to all the promises that HTC PR claims
What happened to HTC customer Service
What Happened to HTC Singapore Service Center?
Why 1 to 1 exchange cannot be taken from 2 local agent / distributor

This phone has perfectly adequate internal memory, don't listen to anyone who says otherwise, I have over 300 apps on my HTC Sensation XE including a dozen or so 20-30 mb ones and I still have 700 mb of internal memory left out of the original 1.11 gb.

I BOUGHT MY SENSATION XE 3 DAYS AGO
It came out of the box with:
ICS 4.0.3 sense 3.6 4G ready
Have I bought a different version than standard?
The Monster Beats headphones are great but I have a Monster iCLARITY HD 100 speaker Bluetooth will the beats audio system work with it or only the headphones?
