For all reviews I have been reading about HTC smart is that reception of signal is excellent, sound is clear, and this is what is every one of us expect when using mobile phone. All other is about what any of us want from mobile phone we use. Surfing internet? Thanks, but on go I use my netbook, lightweight and much comfortable then loosing eyes on 3” screen. Same for Wi-Fi, in office I already have desktop, as well at home, 22”. For pictures here is slim pocket digital cam with 3x optical … so cam in phone is for.... I use it just to see how it's look like... Radio, music player … ok, for some time waiting something somewhere to kill the time.
I'm sure that here around we can find something better for this price regarding mobile phone adds and apps, but HTC offer HTC Sense for all others. And for me this lovely weather screens, not a reason for buying mobile phone but HTC knows what I love. Just nice looking cheap simple phone for simple people like me with ordinary functions on 2,8” screen, without tendency to “skip away” when operating with one hand.

I have this phone (for a couple of days now) and there is no Acceleromter feature. However when you are on the internet or messaging if you press the little hardware key underneath and to the left of the HTC logo, you are presented with an option to change from portait to landscape. The setting remains until you change it next time.

Hi all,just got this phone for my 12yrs old daughter who have choose just for the colours,touchscreen,basically knows nothing instead of Nokia 5800 Xpress which I recommended.The reason,not to have the same phone with the brother.The Brew Os is a pilot platform that HTC buy from Qualcomm just to see how is the process works and stability.For those phone geek,this is not for you.Htc Hd2 is the best phone ever which supported by xda developer,to give such a huge applications to the phone.It beats the IPHONE! .Im glad to have one for myself.Whenever I see people using the IPHONE,I feel sorry for them as they just follow others blindly and not really understand,as HTC says '"The Phone gets you"

Does the snap have a keypad? How is the apps updates for this phone? Does it have office and hows the os software

over all very good phone in this market rate.camera is very class.voice clarity also very well.It is very handy phone and nice touch with every button.I am very satisfied with this phone.

yup Sumanth... am too findin the same prob... i hav to restart when i move somethin to my memory card... the bluetooth accepts only 2 songs at a time.. and for 3rd it ask the pin.. crap... gettin pissed off evryday... hope they upgrade the OS soon...

Cant believe someone said "GO FOR"it..Problems are just adding up with my new phone. Phone doesnt read ur memory card..have to switch off and switch it on..Batt back-up is low.Cant find a single app out there on the web that my phone can install and run..
It is disappointing.DONT GO FOR IT...

i brought this mobile... a very good mobile considering the cost... camera is not good at night.. headset is good.. very good resolution... nice mobile... a new experience for me... different from nokia and sony... a mobile for a change too... GO FOR IT..

Good screen resolution. Light weight, good design, good sound clarity, camera ok.
Does`nt play MP4 format, Dont have apps available for download, cant figure out where to adjust equalizer, no widgets option.
Overall thumbs down for this phone.

The only turn off with this device would be wifi , which is easily present on most samsung and lg devices with 8k range . But again after using HTC gene for 2 yrs , I love HTC and windows mobile . Brew brings with itself a much faster interface hopefully , so that should be the catch of the device

i bought this phone just 3 days back nd i found this phone very fast nd user friendly.
i hv been using nokia 5800 nd this phone is quite faster nd UI is very good.
well Thanx htc for giving such a good phone at a very attractive price!

I have a htc tp and htc p3400i. i would go for htc smart also. because HTC addicts know how worth is every HTC mobile. costing lesser than 10k and enough specifications I think HTC SMART makes a smart purchase. only HTC addicts know what HTC mobiles mean.
