discharge your phone (use your phone until the switches off by itself) then charge it while it is off until the
red light turns green then switch it on, you should be ok. If not the replace the battery with an original HTC battery or if your phone
is still under warranty take it back and they will seek a solution to your problem... hope you find this. helpful MTshepana...

in S.A. it comes with A-GPS fully functional. You don't have. to activate anything. In addition it also
comes with google maps which is also good because it is GPS asisted. After all I'll tell you this the Snap's gps is
not very good compared to nokia's GPS. well bottom line is it has gps... hope you find this useful good luck...

i chargered my snap the whole night but wen i wake up i switch it on n i went 2 power manangement i found an empty spare like 2mm which ws suposed 2 b full. maki n andy u said de battery is strong help me dude.

I want to upgrade to tne HTC Snap, please tell me about the GPS function. Is it gonna cost extra to have this activated? Is it a program that needs to be installed? I own a normal Garmin Gps but would like the gps fumction on my phone.

hi guys. when people send me smses they dont appear on the phone as if nothing happened. And the amazing part is that to my phone it says messages are full and guess what i only one sms on my sms inbox. help please. when coming to internet its atrocious i cant do anything,it says the page is not displayed.

is the screen light and the speakers when playing music without headphones. HTC snap battery is very strong
compared to the smartphones I've used before e.g. Nokia N95 8gb, Sony Erricson P1i, Samsung F700... for these phones I had to charge the battery twice a day but the snap I only charge once in two days. And I'm always on the internet, so rest assured that you have a
good communicating device in your hands...

vodacom, cellc, mtn or virginmobile. that is there to let you know what internet speed can you connect with
in that particular area you are in. I doubt any the service provider can help you. what you can try is contact
HTC directly maybe they can help... if that is possible, it will be the first that I hear it. Good luck...

its a first time using mw phone. my previous phone was samsung g800. my htc snap as a new user is quite sophisticated but im on the process of knowing it consummately. if you know much about this phone help me out here. apostle.salala@gmail.com dont just make louzy commotions but help one another.i perceived on this section people with earnest queries remains unhelped but those who probably not using are making senseless commotions. i am urge you brothers and sisters lets give aid where its necessary.

Dont make any fluppy comment if you are not using this phone. how can one activate visibility when you want to use bluetooth? As new as it is, how long must i put this phone on the charger 16Hrs or 24Hrs or any time its a tea time? how can one know when the battery is full? By the way, WE ARE ENJOYING SOCCER WORLD CUP HERE IN SOUTH AFRICA

i own htc snap its a wonderful phone up to so far. its my fist time using WM phone it is quite complicated but im on the process of learning it. i perceived most of comments on the forum or section are not based on HTC SNAP are merely referred to B.B and that disturbs me alot. we want pertinent forks here who will new users on how to cope with the phone. PLEASE DONT ABOUT ANY PHONE IF YOU ARE NOT CURRENTLY USING IT

vic, 28 Jun 2010YEAH! same here. i also cant detect! FMLHi Vic I Have discovered something about the snap being unable to detect the memory card. the thing is the memory card I was using had
a password protection and lucky enough I knew the password I inserted the memory card in Nokia 2700 classic and removed the password protection
on the card and inserted the card back to the snap. when I recieved an email with an attachment, I chose save it on memory card so my problems were solved.

Lately I don't even use the wall charger that is because I plug to my snap to laptop half the whole time...
