ive had this phone for 2 months i can't stand it not web friendly screen is impossible to look at web pages buttons are coming loose and falling out and i have a case on it at all times, back cover always falls off impossible to properly sync emails to it slow and drops calls and doesnt get service in many places my other friends do with the same provider this is my second one i am furious with it

confused, 18 Dec 2009i'm thinking getting nokia E71 or HTC SNAP. Which one is better?
I was using the E71 and it has everything you need.
I am just adjusting to this phone.
it's a bit better in terms of weight a bit of a down grade for me however the E71 has more features than the Snap.
I think HTC needs to make the Snap 02 with all the E71 features and they will make all the sales

whiles on the call- go to menu and select Speakerphone on.
if you want to increase the volume tap on the side- opposite the USB port on top

I really like this phone. Only gripe is that it does not have a traditional NOTES/MEMO function, only a VOICE NOTES function. Have I just missed it, or can it be downloaded as an application?

BUT HTC Snap really looks appealingE71 is no where close to Windows OS...
Both are great phones on their individual level.

the worst phone i have ever used. it hangs up every now n then. switched over to this from nokia and am extremely disappointed with HTC. looks sleek and easy to use but not good
