Well, it looks like I was able to answer my question. Manuals can be found here: http://www.comparecellular.com/compare_phones_carrier.asp?l=
Bell/Telus (CDMA) version has 128MB RAM and the 400Mhz processor however it does not have Wifi.
Rogers version has 64MB RAM and 200Mhz processor but does include Wifi. Why can't there be a phone with the best of both worlds?

For those in Canada, does this phone with Rogers have the 200Mhz T1 processor or the 400Mhz Qualcomm processor? Reviews mainly from the US always talk about the con of the slower processor but upon looking at the specs for a couple of the Canadian versions (Bell, Telus) they list its using the 400Mhz. Anyone with Rogers or have a link to the specs for the Rogers one?

Prist you are having a laugh. Samsung should stick to making TVs and accessories as their ability to make mobiles is shockingly bad. Dont get me wrong if your after a phone for simple things such as making and recieving calls and texts, FAB!!!! GET A SAMSUNG. If your into gadgets then get a HTC. I love my HTC. HTC are branded number one for a reason!

I returned my Touch right before my 30 days because it was having problems. It would not ring in standby mode, the time/clock would get behind and off-sync with the network, and the top half of my caller id would sometimes get cutoff. Basically, when my phone would ring, I couldn't tell who was calling me. I took it back and the guy said that it was probably defective, but my friend has the same phone and started having the same exact problems. I would not recommend this phone at all. Wait a couple more months, and I bet you anything that the reviews will start going down.
