it is agood phone and easy to be used with exellent touch secreen and can resist repeated falling from height

raid, 23 Jan 2010my phone freezes and do not perform restore factory defaultTo reset your phone, try to have a soft reset at the reset botton. please see user manual. OR, goto Setting>System>Clear Storage then enter the default code "1234". It will be set into its default configuration.

Actually, on my first month of purchace I was surprised when i cant optimzed its features. But now on my 6th month I really appreciate it due to some adjustments I made having a lots of downloads and enhancements of functionalities. A handy PDA which is much nicer than iphones.

my sweet touch 3g died after on 3months. i cant beleave i am buying a new phone. no one could even service my phone. htc should post a sub branch if not dealers here

My HTC Died as well - I am no longer able to charge it, its only 12 months old the screen is terrible when trying to read in the sunshine - I will never buy HTC again!

I have had this phone for a while now and have no complaints at all, it takes a while to get to know it properly, but once you do it is great.

I had a htc touch 3g...it turned off yesterday and never turned on again!!! the local support & repair center said the problem is related to the main board and it should be changed with a new one and it costs 200 $
my PDA worked only 15 mounths and I was protecting it like my eyes!!! Im confused what happened to it and should I pay for repair...? I'll never buy a HTC !!!

Batte... moreI totally agree - bought this phone in OCT 2009 and this phone pocket dials all the time, it is possessed. cannot wait for my contract to end - only another 1.5 year. battery is abysmal, downloading is NOT fast and it drains the battery. camera is NOT great.

I don't have any problems in this phone at all. You can prevent freezing by updating its rom and using ram cleaning softwares. The only problem here is that it won't be able to use win phone 7 which really makes this phone almost obsolete.
