hey guys who own the HTC diamond...i was just wondering if it is possible to delete all the pre-loaded music albums in the phones music player....if so can you please teach me how. Thank you in advance!!

I just got the HTC Touch Diamond over the weekend and it's NOT slow at all. The interface is very innovative and very smooth.
The only downside I can argue is the hassel to input music in the internal storage and the battery life. Maybe even the lack of the 3.5mm jack isn't that great either but thank goodness for A2DP headphones ;).
The touchscreen honestly is comparable to the iPhone (I owned both) and it's MUCH MUCH better than the TYTN II (had that too).
Overall it's a very solid phone and it looks REALLY good.
BUT I think the price is a tad expensive for it, but hey it just released and might be going down in the near future when iPhone 2.0 (which I think everyone will have due to price T-T) and Touch Pro coming out very soon.

Are they making this for the US? Because I read that they are not going to make it quad band....I wonder if this will work with ATT if I purchase it unlock. I just want it to work ont he 850 band

With a couple of tweaks to the registry the phone becomes alot quicker and smoother.
No doubt, this is one great little package.

really that slow ? i am so tempted to get one too... if it is really slow, then it really turns me off ! cos i need one that is fast in response... i reckon its slow due to the 3D flo thingy ? usually these technologies would take time to settle down...

Carlos, 09 Jun 2008I am thinking so selling it, it is way to slowI just buy this phone. It is a nice looking phone but is not a another IPHONE. It is just the PDA with tuch screen. But screen so small not easy to use find. As you do with IPHONE. Also no compare the sound quality with IPHONE. Also IPHONE Internet browser much better to navagate. Is just too small and slow.
It has small storage and no flash for camera. I bought it and will keep it but I never sell my IPHONE. HTC made a big deal out of this phone. It would of do better if would not compare it with IPHONE. New IPHONE coming this month and can not wait. Also would miss my podcast if I would not have the IPHONE.

dose anyone have a problem with the Diamond being slow. This is an amazing PDA Phone but to me it is way too slow i can't stand it.
