hi there
I have this HTC touch diamond last night I had a trouble with it.
I was taking picture from this phone and i accidently pressed the volume up botton (side of the phone)and a green screen with a + sign appeared and asked me to reset the screen and I did that after that I am unable to unlock my phone and cannot do anything all the characters on keyboard are operating from different locations and i am unable to use all of them some letters appear on bar when i try to write something
please help me fix this problem pleaassee

I am from Egypt and i bought the HTC DIAMOND 1 week ago. i used to have Nokia and sony Ericsson phones before. i want to say that i feel so sorry to buy this unpractical phone.its the first time in my life i buy some thing and i want to give it away by any means and i don`t care if i lose much money if i re-sell it. i paied $440 for it and i think it doesnt worth $100

Hi there my HTC keeps going to silent, not just that I can't hear it ring, everything goes silent, I can't hear if I answer the call and the person can't hear me. I have to constantly switch the phone off and on again, 20 times a day, its driving me crazy! Does anyone know why and what I can do to fix it?

SDM, 31 Jul 2009Under the Start->Settings->System tab, there is an option f... moreI just tried it on my UK using WiFi and it was also unsuccessful. I have downloaded the latest ROM release and hotfixes from the HTC website though. XDA-Devs is also a mine of info for this device.
The GPS is quick and works well. DiamondTweaks application should be downloaded for free(google is your friend) as it resolves many issues.

Under the Start->Settings->System tab, there is an option for Windows Update. I have never been able to update it. Every time I click on it, I get an error saying "Connection to update server not avialable. Check your data connection and device time and date settings". Is there anyone who has successfully updated it? What could have gone wrong in the system?
