On their "Support" page you'll find "Product Support" and then you select
"ROM upgrade(WM6.5) for HTC Touch Diamond2"
Simply click to download. :)
(do not forget to have your phone's serial number around as you'll need it to start the download!)

Lol i can get mines to upgrade either. But i think I won't i love how it looks and It's perfect for me right now.... But idk i still want to.... Must say I'm in love with this phone... I do like my Iphone 3GS too but it just can't compare with the TD2 for me.

Anyway, as far as photo and video editing are concerned, I believe it's always preferable to "work on" your photos/videos on your computer with the programme of your choice.

sir internet browsing is very same on pc instead the touch browsing is more awsom. symbian phones can not brows a heavy site but windows can. but bettry is issue as compared to nokia. the old beetry (900mA) can stay for 1 day with normal usage but i got 1100mA bettry which stands for 2 days of normal usage and 3 to 3.5 days of strand by time. i have also heard about 1600mA and 2400mA bettry. for 2400ms bettry u will b provided a fat back cover.

danny200, 26 Feb 2010ok ! thx, but do you recommend me to buy this phone or not ... moremy dear buy diamond 2. nokia is going to close its symbian plateform at the end of this year along with n.gage. also the user experienc with this phone is great. its windows OS gives a very very vast oppertunities of enjoying the apps. instead the apps in real sense u can only enjoy on windows phone. the touch flo 3d is realy very attractive and make u addict.

ok ! thx, but do you recommend me to buy this phone or not ? becouse I want to buy Diamond 2 or N97, and I have a friend who has Nokia 5800 with symbian 9.4, and he has very little apps, and little games, which are not even fullscreen, and I herd from another friend that has an HTC, that has millions af apps and cool 3D games. And that's why I'm asking someone from here, which is better .. N97 or Diamond2, becouse I know that N97 is almost the same 5800, they have the same Symbian 9.4, and I think it will be a worse 4 me to buy N97, I think Diamond2 is the best 4 me ! I need some1 to tell me too which one to buy, and if Diamond2, please tell me how is the battery life and the internet browsing ? :) I'll apreciate much 4 help!

obviously not ny dear, it cant support win7. only htc HD2 is the only phone currently which is expectd to suppoert win7, nut not sure. microsoft is going to release its own phone for win7 or i think accer will accompany them. there are aslo chances that microsoft jump into this cell phone race and use its win7 and later releases to promot its own manufatured phones only.

Does anyone use a belt case with a magnetic flap with this phone? Does the magnet on the case damage or mess up the phone/screen in any way?

my dear frnd go and buy this phone. it very much better than iphone specialy from the piont of view of UI. HD and Diamond2 only have these 6 dffrnces.
HD have 1.wide shape
2. hd is little bit moer costly(v.imp)
3.hard butten in HD , confusing about pressed or not.
4. diamond2 have very easy approach anywhr on screen of ur thumb if u use cell holding in one hand
5. diamond2 have a hard butten of start menu
6. more betr resolution in diamond2 bcz same pixel rate accomodated in smaller screen.
and ur quesion about bettry is rite. but if u have 1100mA btry than it will give u btr performance than 900mA btry. htc is also giving now 1100mA btry in box. only old phone have 900mA btry.

and what about the battery life i read all comments and more than one complain of battery life time :( i hope it's better than iphone , i have iphone 3g and really i hate this phone and wanna change it spo please any one can answer my question plz ???
