These are the versions which i loaded from XDA developers, and the problems which i am facing are
ON INTERNET PAGE when i assign web page address on the short cut buttons, they r not working, i mean nothing happens when i click the favorite page short cut button.
Then, how to go to programe list of HTC software, List only opens when i want to add a programe on short cut buttons on home page.
I always have two tower signals of the service provider, earlier i always had four tower signals.
PLZ help me from these bugs.
And also tell me what to do if i want to restore original rom and softwares of HTC DIAMOND 2 ( ie factory settings )

But i have to disagree with next years phones, now HTC are coming up with phones on October and November which will walk over the X2 easily, because they will have Snapdragons, Until next year when X3 is out, wait 1 or 2 months and HTC will come out with another surprise.. So i'm not sure you know what you're talking about.. This is happening since 2007 and is going on till 2010 or 2020..

Manila 2.6 is having difficulties with sms, so you have to remove sms and maybe just leave 50 sms.. See if there is improvement after that..

Just wanted some advice. Had installed new ROM (HARD SPL )version. and udK Leo R2 WM6.5 - Build 21847.5.0.63 - Base v2.31 - Hero UI Manila 2.5 ( 1 2 3 ... Last Page. On my HTC Touch Diamond 2. Now had some problem while using Plz help.

Guys be smart and choose the Xperia X2 device, is awesome!!! The X3 will be announced in February, along with the Satio II(U2) device! The Satio II will feauture 14 or 15MP camera, Symbian V9.5(most probably). The X3 will have 1GHZ Snapdragon OS, 4inch WVGA touchscreen, 8.1 MP camera with flash, Android OS V1.5!!! Next year HTC will be beaten by Sony Ericsson!!! HTC don't use camera flash on their phones, more people like to take photos, but if the clock reach eg 10PM, bad news will happen because of that. HTC is good, but they have to learn a little bit more! Their screens are good, this thing makes them popular, along with the Winmob OS, but the Winmob OS will be dead by 2012, I red this, I am sorry. You have been angry because of my previous comment, tell me your opinion about this phone plz, and sorry for my english, I learn every day a little bit.

I am confused between Diamond2 and HTC Touch HD. Both have same pixels in screen but what I dont understand is that where is the difference?
Can someone shed some light on it soon? I want to get a contract and I need to make the decision soon.

Forget the official ones, i have never used an official Rom, since my first hTC touch.. I got the hTC touch then the tytn II then the diamond then the Touch HD and never have i installed an official rom.. Visit here and you'll understand.

BTW, is wimo 6.5 officially launch? I dont dare to use it and dont even know how to install. If it is official release then i can go to the shop and ask them to help me out..

I'm using Windows 6.5, i just dropped a wav file to windows folder just like i used to do in windows 6.1, then i went to Sound & Notifications and i found it there.. Try dropping it in the root of your storage card, because you can also use that location to set it. I just found out thanks to you that you can set msg tones as mp3 in 6.5.. I didn't check in 6.1 but it's good to now anyway.. ;)

There is something really irritating. I can not set my phone to always display local time. Whenever I set it, it stays for a while. Sometime later or on re-starting, the local default time is automatically set to Yekaterinburg time. This keeps on happening even if I delete Yekaterinburg. Can someone help?

when i go change the SMS tone under sound & notification, the file is not there.
