i cant get the picture messages to load any larger than a small square in the middle of the screen - any ideas how to sort this please? i love the phone but the pic messages are bugging me. o2 say it is HTC's problem and HTC know it is a problem but dont seem to give me a satisfactory solution.

Zooming Bar (Unnecessary, waste of space)
Battery 1100mAh
Touch HD:
3.8" screen
Headphone Audio Jack
Battery 1350mAh
Diamond 2 ROM can be added in the HD..
Touch HD is nearly £100 more expensive than the Diamond 2..
Either are great, If you like to use audio output phones in a car or any input device to listen through external speakers, and if want to use the on-screen keyboard accurately when typing I'd recommend you go for the HD.. But its up to you..

I have used HTC Touch HD and Touch Diamond 2 , i have been using touch diamond 2 for last week and only issue with the phone is battery life. if you are a hardcore user the battery will die in 3-4 hours. i am not sure if this is the problem with every device but i am goging to return this phone and get touch hd since touch hd has better battery life then htc diamond 2.

a. want a slim device with perfect display and 9+ multimedia then diamond 2 is the choice
b. idiotphone beater with same as a.) but larger htc hd
c. trend wanter and some wait omnia hd
i am a nokia fan but i'm bored still waiting for nok to get in line (n95,e65,n81,n82,e66,e71 previous owner)
i am sure that everyone of you get a chance to hold in hand a htc d2 will have no second thoughts

I have the device. Its impressive. All the features are up to date. Has a good feel and a very good camera.

The problem that ... moreYou can get this phone if you want, its cheaper than the touch HD, but all i'm saying is that, its late.. If you're the type of buyer who buy a phone and sell it in 5 months then go ahead.. Here are some phones that might come out from August till early 2010:
HTC Fiesta (Android)
HTC Star
HTC SuperStar
HTC Firestone (August)
HTC Whitestone (September)
HTC Thoth (September)
HTC Twin
HTC Maple
HTC Cedar (Canceled)
Firestone is coming out in August but not sure yet, I'm very interested in it. it replaces the touch HD.. It has a 3.6" screen with 8mp camera (Maybe no flash again) running win 6.5..

Why would anyone get this if there are powerful phones like Toshiba and Samsung and more.. Check the competetors.. I only buy HTC but not this one, i'll go for the ones at 4th Q of this year..
