Gunner, 13 Nov 2009just upgraded my touch pro 6.1 to the latest windows mobile... morejust access to any websites,4 instance google,type in 'windows 6.5 for touch pro',seach and download the links n folders for touch pro,then execute it,it will update yo phone to the latest ROM version n follow instructions 4 installation,yo phone should sync wif ya computer during installation,it's dat easy..

Anonymous, 27 Sep 2009my battery wont hold a charge what can i docharge the phone via usb or get an external charger in that way u can test the batteries to see if they r no good u could be having a problem with the charging port

just upgraded my touch pro 6.1 to the latest windows mobile 6.5.
one word for it"GREAT",the interface and performance were fantastic and after upgraded the windows,i felt like having a brand new smartphone again!!
n as far as i knew,only few smartphones can do the upgrading n touch pro is one of them,really proud to b the owner of touch pro!!1

This is the biggest piece of crap that I have ever used! I am now on my 3rd handset and have given up...no one that I know, who's got this phone is happy. The operating system bombs out (lovely blue, green and pink screen), when you try to answer you can click answer or press the answer button till your blue nothing happens. it just switches itself off even though the battery is fully charged...i can go on for hours but this was definetly the first and last HTC that I will ever buy and that is the mutual feeling from all my friends and family who's got this phone!

I just got my Touch Pro from AT&T. Can someone please tell me how I can put the screen in order to use TouchFlo 3D? Or just how to enable it so I can scroll through the tabs.

I owe this phone now for 3 weeks and must complain about the user interface Touch Flo 3D. It is simply bad and I think about switching it off and using the phone only with the stylus. I also owe an iPod Touch and what I realize now is, that the Touch Flo 3D on the HTC Touch Pro is not a quarter as good as the one on the TouchPod.

Been through three already last one lasted less than two months, operating system just stoped working. I would not recommend it. It is not worth all of the hassel

Why is that the htc touch pro speaker volume is so low when talking to someone on the handset it is very low is there any way to sort it out. Thanx

had a wing for a few yrs, touchpro is a fare upgrade. touchpro has many more features but slightly more difficult to use. outside buttons are null and void, and programs are scattered, not too user friendly.

To be honest, I have had the Touch Pro since last Christmas and find that it's a piece of crap. It's ridiculously slow. When I slide the keyboard out, it takes forever to flip. Also, when I'm texting the letters can't keep up with the buttons. I can literally sit there for 10 seconds and watch the buttons type out. Yes, I know to clear the task list. Yes, I know to reset it once in a while. However, it's still a piece of shit and I can't wait to get a new phone.

I love my TouchPro, but the battery life has gone down DRASTICALLY from when I purchased it. Even with minimum use: 1 or 2 short calls, check email two times a day, get 10 hours of battery life. My phone is usually dead a short time before I make it to my car charger when I leave work. Pretty NOT cool...

if the backlight goes off is the on and off is the on and off button the only way to get it on!

Start --settings--today icon--i have 5 themes there...to select a wallpaper make sure its vga then open up the wallpaper then select set as today background..
you have to put the mp3 in the ringtones folder then start--settings--sounds and notifications---notifications--event and select incoming call--select your prefferred ring type then use drop down menu on ring tone to find and select your mp3..
