Sonia, 15 Aug 2009Which handset is better in performance HTC TOUCH HD or ... moreVery similar.

You may take a look at the "Specifications" link on the left.
Anyway, the PRO2 has got a tilt keyboard and the HD doesn't which makes it much thinner.

First thing first, the phone is HUGE! I mean it is a monster in size, not pocket made at all! HTC what were you thinking?

Also the touch flo is better but still doesn't flow enough. It had a slight lag to it that for me, which I am a heavy phone user, could not stand for over 4 minutes. The web browser actually could not bring up gsmarena which I must have on a phone. And the zoom at the bottom didn't flo at all. In fact the zoom didn't work!?

For it's heavy price, it's not worth getting the TP2 unless you find it somewhere for 200. I wouldn't pay the money for it. Sorry HTC, T-mobile, ATT, Verizon and Sprint but you can keep the TP2. I'll get a blackberry for my email.

roll, 13 Aug 2009i am buying this device tomorrow hopefully and i am wornder... moreAssuming you are talking T-mobile usa, choose the $10 plan and just change the APN settings to get either 3g or edge.. I would also suggest getting the T-mobile TP2 for 3g data.

VIK, 14 Aug 2009T-mobile usa has it in the store for 350$ 2 year contract, ... morei got the unlocked TP2, and, it is a bit slower than the 3gs and n97. so its probably just our phones.

T-mobile usa has it in the store for 350$ 2 year contract, or 550$ with no contract.
I played with it for 15 min, first impression is that touch flow is kinda slow, I dont know if it has to do something with t-mobile itself, for 550$ should be flying, keyboard looks bigger on the picture.

I would like to know if touch flow is the same for other non t-mobile TP2?????

the tp2 has so many features that of a desktop, yet, its OS is so simple.

comparing it to the n97, the n97 is a hot peice as well with a biscuit and drink, very fun to have. the TP2 is fun to use as well, but many might choose the TP2 to meet their business and professional needs.

And is it just me, or does the cell phone backing come off WAY too easy.

to force your TP2 to 3G,

At the home screen, press the call button, "menu", "options", then "band" tab.
On the Select your network type drop-down list, choose "WCDMA". Then press ok.
