absolutely correct
stay away frm htc , coz windows mobile has very limited options

And I'm pretty sure that Iphone lacks one to :) And it seems that flash don't miss users :):) Chill out man, this is far more tech-up phone ever. Even last series of HTC was blasting..
Plus: it is thin, charming, capable, and man o man it is powerful!

If you choose to break everything to it simplest form what the point in development and improvement. the only way to strieve for better things or even life is to compete and succeed the touch pro2 i can see it being a major contender in this years market. I believe it will be owned many first time smartphone users. Regardless of if they need or require the many different funtion the touch pro2.

Therefor if HTC says that it will be released between the 2nd and 3rd quarter, that means beween sometime between April and september.

i Wonder if this device superior to touch hd because i'm thinking to switch to it when it comes out. Is it an upgrade or downgrade?
i ever owned diamond1 and switching it to pro1 and found it reasonably better, longer batt life, faster,than the latter. I Wonder if it is the same case changing hd to pro2.. would it be significantly better?

Any more news on when this will be out? I think this is the phone of my dreams! I also wanted to know what the phone manufacturers(excuse my spelling) mean when they say a phone will be out in the second quarter, third quarter, etc.?

My 2 Cents, 25 Mar 2009What all you need with your smartphone is .... to sync all ... moreOh boy,you didn't notice PDA are gone for abaut 5 years now? Smarthphone = PDA + phone today, so you just have differend versions of smarhphones, some having that, some something else. Soma want all in one, some just pure phone+PDA.
And don't talk abaut prices, Samsung Omnia can be bought for 250EUR, it is the HTC, that was a sole player in Windows Mobile market, now it will have to lower prices, but i don't see it happening jet.
Maybe they thought prices is what makes Omnia, Xperia sell more than their devices? Or maybe HTC is just not famous enough :)

What all you need with your smartphone is .... to sync all your calendar; appointment data with your main computer. Internet; excel, words viewing on the go. Smartphone should not be as expensive as a NetBook. If you need good camera; games go and buy PSP or a digital camera. Smartphones company should consider their prices as low as possibles or else people will consider a PDA & and a normal phone like nokia or sony ericson.

but I prefer to choose N9... moreI would stay away from any of the HTC Touch pro phones, until they adapt a more stable OS such as symbian. HTC touch pro phone would have been a power house, but unfortunatly windows mobile killed that chance. Stay away from wondows mobile handsets..
Nokia is still by far the leader.

but I prefer to choose N97 than this cellphone...
N97 is more powerful and awesome....
