@Nokia Fan: are u dumb or just stupid. If anything the N97 is a ripoff to the Tytn II or ATT Tilt. Learn your faqz before u say something. TP2 looks 10 times better than any phone coming out this year. This would be the case until the HTC SuperStar come out then you would see the most untouchable phone with that Tegra chipset that it is gonna carry.

            HTC has done it again.

Its a good thing I did not go out of my way to purchase the Sony Ericsson Experia x1 in a hurry like I wanted to.

The HTC Touch Pro2 matches and in some cases out performs the Sony Ericsson Experia x1.

What I don't like is the fact that HTC held back on the features when they were designing this phone. They should have added the 5 MP camera like they did with the HTC Touch Diamond2. This observation raised some eyebrows because in some places the HTC TOUCH PRO2 and the HTC TOUCH DIAMOND2 was and probably still is being marketed together.

Overall, the HTC TOUCH PRO2 is an excellent phone and i'm going to get one.

            Always on the lookout,

Ok, whew, thanks for that info. I bet it's going to be so exspensive unlocked, but we'll see :D I wonder what texting is like one this phone and calling and all that. The reviews I've watched on YouTube didn't really show any of that.

But if you choose to buy it from whatever phone company that will sell it, they usually change the name and in most cases the color of it but at a lesser price through a contract with it being locked and some changes in features to companies choice!

Hey guys, it's me again. I was wondering why when a phone is released like with the different phone companies, why does the color and name of the phone change. I saw a picture of what the Pro2 will look like with Sprint and it was all black and I think they were calling it the HTC Rhodium and it has other names too. I wanted the original version of the phone, the silver version, because that's the one I initially saw and liked. So, will I still be able to get the HTC Touch Pro2 as it is seen now and on this website when it comes out without having to wait another long period of time. I'm already going crazy waiting for it to come out lol. Thank you!

It's way too big and the hardware buttons are ugly... HTC should've used the Diamond2's design as it did before with the original diamond and pro..

i have the touch diamond and an iphone but i cannot resist this the touch pro i guess i will give my diamond up and get this.
HTC has got good rigid hardware design.Am abig fan of htc but not window mobile.i find my iphone boring too much limitations but window mobile anything and whatever u like can be done on it but not stable though it was realesed in 2000 so they cannot be blamed for that compared to the iphone that was realesed 2007.

touch hd is still htc's top.
touch diamond 2 looks better and i like having it.
this touch pro 2 keyboard is ugly. looks like not convenient to use. touch pro 1 sliding keyboard is better.

if the touch pro 2 wasnt part of any "2year contracts" with sprint, verizon, at&t, and t-mobile...i would definitely switch my HD for it. but since its gonna be widely distributed, i wont be switching my HD anytime soon. i like to have unique phones that not everyone has.
