After a bad eXperience with Sony eXperia X1 (too many X!), I searched for a decent phone in the used market. I found the TyTN in a local shop: it was in a good shape, covered by warranty and ... its price was 40 EURO!!! I bought a good phone priced like a dinner in a restaurant!
What can I say? It has been by far the best value for money that I could ever imagine! It has been my trusty, solid, reliable phone for more than two years. My very last Windows Mobile phone ... before switching to Android.

Htc didn't exist, it was stilled called XDA,as for being released in 2006,er,i had my HTC HD2 by 2006, and had had tytn2 first, tytn must have been out 2003-04,tytn2 04-05, HD2 late 05,November I think I got mine, having already tried the Toshiba TG01, and found it to be the awful piece of rubbish I'd expected from toshiba. GsmArenas phone history seems to be based on the last place on the planet a phone was released, not the earliest....

for whatsapp i think u need windows 7 or 8, and i think u cant upgrade more than 6.1 so forget whatsapp :)

switch on phone press and hold the 2 soft buttons below the screen,whilist holding them insert the stilus in a tiny hole above the grey button next to the usb port
