Is it true that you cannot change your alarm tone - I can't bear to be woken by the tones that have been preset. If anyone knows how I can use a ring tone as my alarm tone - please let me know!

For Abbia Willy
You have to flash it with a new rom; go to the following link and you'll find everything necessary for that issue.

Sorry Paulo, my comments apply to HTC TyTN II (which is what I have). They may not apply to the first version HTC TyTN.

Paulo - to get GPS working first you have to run the QuickGPS application and download the satellite data. I have setup mine to download via ActiveSync ie every time it docks. Then your GPS will work e.g. install and use Google Maps and select "Use GPS".

its undoubtable a good phone until the white issue comes up and trying to fix it can be quite a hassle but then again i never manage to fix it even after reading through all the possible solutions on the xda-developer site
