No brainers dont understand that the pixels are digital overload. I can show you a camera with 4 MP and no iPhone can beat her. Its the pure quality. Dont look at the numbers. Dont be dumb. It's like the kids saying that car is better because on the gauge is more km/h than the other car. Compare in reality and don't talk please. Never tried, never talk. Hold on this and everything will be just fine.

I had a u11 and then I upgraded to the U11 plus and the camera is excellent on both phones so to be fair you shouldn't be coming on here and saying such rubbish about this phone and as for specs wise I found the U11 to be a absolute beast with brilliant battery life and it never slowed down no matter what I threw at it.
The u11 for the price is a great phone and it's bigger brother the u11 plus is outstanding also,end of story.

This HTC U11 is 2 times more powerful than Redmi Note 5 Pro, both processor and graphic power.
HTC U11 also has much better camera, water resistant.
This is the one that can compare to Oneplus 5, Samsung S8, Xiaomi Mi6, Xiaomi Mi Mix 2, and LG G6, totally not the same class to Redmi Note 5 Pro.
However, to all respect, Redmi Note 5 Pro performance is better than Samsung Galaxy S6/Note 5, LG G4/V10, HTC One M9, Oneplus 2, almost 2 generation behind, but is still very powerful to be used, just not the most powerful on this day.

outdated price ... morem8, you're talking like MediaTek MT6750T is better than snapdragon 820 because the MediaTek one has 8 cores and the S820 has 4 cores only.
Don't let the numbers fool you.
oh and the price is reasonable too, nothing is outdated here.

This is a superb phone . I have absolutely no problems with it.
The EDGE sense is way too underrated . For me short squeeze opens voice rec and long one flash light. When a call comes you can answer the call by squeezing . It was a bit awkward at first but now I can't imagine a phone without it.
Great signal on both SIMs.
And prob one of the last phones not made in China/Vietnam .
The only thing I don't like is the fact that the notif LED flashes only green.

How on earth did you just compare a last year flagship equipped with freaking SD835, QHD screen and flagship-level camera with a budget midrange with SD636, FHD screen and middling camera(s)?
Try compare Samsung S8 (same generation with U11) with that Xiaomi device, what say you? S8's spec x price ratio not good also??

thats how price x spec ratio should be. this phone's price is more than double that...
but the specs is not even that far from it... my advice... wait for 2018 release of mid end phones... for a better price x specs ratio

There's much more to a camera than its megapixel number.
Why don't you scrutinize both the U11 and U11 Plus Camera Quality in GSM Arena's own reviews?

490EUR is too much...
the selling point is : 128gb internal and 6gb ram.... and camera is also bad for this price range.
all phone above 210EUR should have atleast 13MP to be average... and 16MP to be good.
storage is a bad selling point... since u could just use and change SD cards.. 32-64gb internal should suffice..
what youll get is a phone with quite fast phone with big storage where you could put lots of your mediocre quality shots... since it only has 12mp camera..
its a no for internal storage as a selling point, another no for the camera... and A BIG NO for the price!
